Although Arabic is one of the core subjects taught intensively at the school, various obstacles in the learning process are still frequently encountered by both students and teachers. This study carefully examines these challenges and explores appropriate solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness of Arabic language teaching at the school. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving dedicated teachers and students actively engaged in Arabic language learning at Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School Kresek. The study population comprises 50 teachers and 200 students participating in Arabic language programs. A purposive sampling technique was used, selecting 5 teachers and 15 students from various class levels as research samples. The collected data were comprehensively analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis to identify key issues and explore applicable solutions within the broader context of Arabic language learning. The findings indicate that the primary challenges include limited teaching materials, insufficient language interaction in learning, and a misalignment between teaching methods and students' needs.
2025-02-21T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Agus Yasin, Muhamad Fadhlullahhttps://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/Aphorisme/article/view/6706The Translation Errors in the Translation of the Qur'an in Indonesian into Arabic on AI Poe2025-02-21T08:53:02+00:00Luthfi Mustika Framesthialuthfimustika311@gmail.comSiti Marya Ulpahluthfimustika311@gmail.comRiza Abdul Azizluthfimustika311@gmail.comTria Novialuthfimustika311@gmail.comMohamad Zaka Al Farisiluthfimustika311@gmail.comRinaldi Supriadiluthfimustika311@gmail.com
This research aims to determine and classify the forms of morphological, syntactic, and semantic errors resulting from AI Poe's translation in translating the translated text of the Al-Qur'an. By applying descriptive qualitative research methods and a literature study research design, this research will reveal the forms of translation errors. The data was obtained from the results of AI Poe's translation of the verses of the Koran that appeared in the book Exemplary Stories of Muslim Children by Maulana Ar-Rosyid. The analysis is conducted through three main steps: identifying linguistic errors, classifying errors based on morphological, syntactic, and semantic aspects, and analyzing and interpreting the errors about the limitations of AI Poe and the complexity of the text. The validity of the data is strengthened through source triangulation, which involves comparing it with Arabic dictionaries, linguistic theories, and expert opinions on translation. The research results concluded that AI Poe had significant limitations in translating the translated text of the Al-Qur'an from Indonesian to Arabic. Of all the data translated by AI Poe, 58% was indicated to contain errors. From the analysis of 21 existing text data, several linguistic errors were found spread across three main aspects: namely syntactic 34 errors (51%), semantic 25 errors (37%), and morphological eight errors (12%).
2025-02-21T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Luthfi Mustika Framesthia, Siti Marya Ulpah, Riza Abdul Aziz, Tria Novia, Mohamad Zaka Al Farisi, Rinaldi Supriadihttps://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/Aphorisme/article/view/6870Using Multimodal Learning in Arabic Vocabulary Instruction at Islamic Elementary School2025-03-14T01:17:23+00:00Nurul Fahminurulfahmibaehaki@gmail.comLingkan Haifa LatufFatchiatuzahro@iuqibogor.ac.idFatchiatuzahro FatchiatuzahroFatchiatuzahro@iuqibogor.ac.id
This study investigates using a multimodal learning technique in teaching Arabic vocabulary to sixth-grade primary school pupils at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar. Researchers employed a qualitative technique to understand better how a multimodal learning strategy is utilized to acquire Arabic. This study used both primary and secondary data. Primary data, collected directly from the source, consisted of classroom observations and in-depth interviews with the teacher and 36 sixth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar. Secondary data is gathered from existing sources, including relevant literature, teaching materials, and student textbooks. The data analysis in this research uses Stevick's phenomenological method, focusing on understanding participants' subjective experiences. It involves collecting data through interviews, observations, and documents, then analyzing themes to interpret the meanings of participants' experiences. Observations and studies indicate that using multimodal learning to teach Arabic vocabulary at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar offers significant benefits, notably improved student interest, memory, and language competency. Presenting information through multiple modalities, rather than just text, increases student engagement and motivation. Therefore, multimodal learning can effectively enhance Arabic language instruction in elementary schools. The study recommends that teachers incorporate diverse media, especially stimulating student senses, more frequently during lessons to achieve better language teaching outcomes.
2025-03-14T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Nurul Fahmi, Lingkan Haifa Latuf, Fatchiatuzahro Fatchiatuzahrohttps://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/Aphorisme/article/view/6871Implementation of Technology-Based Learning Strategies through Digital Storytelling Applications of Elementary School Students2025-03-14T01:30:15+00:00Willa Putriwilla.putri@iuqibogor.ac.idIke Ardiantiikeardianti93@gmail.comWirandani WirandaniWirandaniira@gmail.com
students' reading interests. The research employed a quantitative experimental design with pre-test and post-test procedures involving the experimental group (using Steller) and the control group (using traditional lecture methods). This study involved 57 students from the 4th-grade classes of Thariq Bin Ziyad and Khalid bin Walid at SDI Ibnu Miskawaih. A sample was selected using the Simple Random Sampling method, with class 4 Khalid as the control group and class 4 Thariq as the experimental group. Data were collected through observation, documentation, questionnaires (pre-test and post-test), and interviews. Data analysis techniques included descriptive and inferential statistics, which involved normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing using an independent sample t-test. The results indicated that the average post-test score of the experimental group (76.21) was higher than that of the control group (72.76), with a significant difference in the t-test (p = 0.000). Using digital storytelling applications improved students' reading interest and learning motivation. This study contributes to the development of technology-based literacy learning at the primary education level, especially in MI.
2025-03-14T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Willa Putri, Ike Ardianti, Wirandani Wirandani
