Background: The role of human resources is the main asset of a hospital. Hospitals certainly want to have nurses who perform well and are highly motivated. To increase nurse motivation can be done by giving rewards and punishments. With high work motivation, it will affect the performance of nurses. Research Objective: Knowing the effect of reward and punishment on work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Research Design: This research is a quantitative research with Kendall's Tau test analysis and Logistic Regression test. Research Subjects: The subjects in this study were nurses totaling 133 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Research Results: Reward affects nurses' work motivation (p-value = 0.005). Punishment affects nurses' work motivation (p-value = 0.000). Reward and punishment together affect nurses' work motivation (p-value = 0.000). Conclusion: the conclusion of this study is that reward and punishment have a significant effect on work motivation.

Green Public Procurement (GPP) is an approach to public procurement that takes environmental considerations into account in the planning, selection, and implementation stages of contracts. The goal is to ensure that the goods, services, or construction works selected not only meet the government's needs but also have a positive impact or at least minimal negative impact on the environment. Sustainable Development (SDGs) is a development concept that focuses on meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, taking into account three pillars: economic growth, social aspects, and environmental aspects. The SDGs represent a global agenda aimed at addressing key challenges in global development, with a focus on achieving a harmonious balance between economic growth, social welfare, and environmental preservation. The SDGs consist of a series of targets designed to create inclusive, fair, and sustainable development, benefiting both the current and future generations. The success of GPP is strongly influenced by a strong commitment, clear regulations, capacity building of human resources, and synergy between the government, suppliers, and society. The use of information technology also plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency and efficiency in the implementation of GPP. Therefore, GPP plays a significant role as a catalyst for systemic change towards sustainable consumption and production patterns, while accelerating the achievement of global sustainable development goals.

Public procurement is a vital instrument for supporting development and public services. However, in practice, there is often a mismatch between the physical output produced and the actual outcome or impact felt by the community. This article aims to examine outcome failure in government procurement through a literature review approach, using the theoretical framework of organizational decision-making and the Input–Throughput–Output–Outcome (ITOO) model. The study finds that failures often originate from the early stages of decision-making, particularly in the phases of need identification (intelligence) and solution design. Case studies such as the Riau Main Stadium and Cik Puan Market in Pekanbaru illustrate how planning that is not based on real needs and lacks operational continuity results in abandoned infrastructure with minimal public benefit. This research recommends restructuring the procurement planning process to be more data-driven, participatory, and outcome-oriented.

Microteaching has an important role in shaping prospective educators, so its implementation is recommended to take place thoroughly. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of microteaching courses in the formation of teaching skills of 2021 batch students of Tarbiyah and Keguruan PAI Study Program at STAIN Majene. This type of research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach method, researchers obtain data from observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that, there are six steps in the implementation of microteaching courses consisting of: (1) introduction to the concept of microteaching which is carried out at the beginning of the lecture by providing structured material, so that students can form teaching skills ranging from opening to closing skills. (2) presentation of models and discussions, where the supervisor uses various methods such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, hands-on practice, and preparation of papers Through this process, students can form skills ranging from choosing a model or learning method, explaining material, asking questions to managing the class. (3) planning or preparation for teaching by preparing lesson plans or modules in this case, students can form skills ranging from opening to closing lessons, 4) the implementation of teaching practice which has four groups with observers and five groups without observers, this aims to shape students' skills from opening to closing lessons, (5) feedback discussions are carried out through oral and written observations by students as well as supervisors' assessments of lesson plans and teaching practices through this process, students can form motivational skills. However, there are important steps that cannot be implemented due to time constraints, namely the practice of relearning. In addition, some shortcomings were also found in certain classes such as the feedback given was less specific, the absence of an assessment sheet and the unavailability of a semester implementation plan (RPS).

The research aims to describe the characteristics of moderate attitudes and the underlying processes that shape them within the community's socio-religious life. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that moderate attitudes are reflected in openness, interreligious cooperation, active tolerance, and respect for diversity. The formation of these attitudes is influenced by multicultural life experiences, local wisdom values, the roles of religious and community leaders, and religious education that instills tolerance from an early age. Social media also plays a positive role as a means of education and interfaith communication. Moderate attitudes have become not only a social norm but also a community identity that preserves harmony and solidarity. These findings are expected to serve as a model for strengthening religious moderation in other multicultural communities across Indonesia.

This study compares the concept of hikmah (wisdom) as interpreted in Tafsir Al-Azhar and Tafsir Al-Misbah using a comparative-descriptive approach. The research focuses on four Qur’anic verses: Al-Baqarah [2]:129, Al-Baqarah [2]:151, Ali ‘Imran [3]:164, and Al-Jumu‘ah [62]:2. It is a library-based study, with data gathered through a literature review. The findings show that both tafsirs agree on viewing hikmah as part of the prophetic educational mission. However, they differ in emphasis and interpretation: Tafsir Al-Azhar associates hikmah with moral guidance and spiritual wisdom, while Tafsir Al-Misbah presents hikmah as religious insight, legal wisdom, and practical benefit. This study investigates the interaction between the Hajj pilgrimage, the title "Haji/Hajjah," and spiritual morals in the religious journey of Muslims in Sumedang Regency. This research seeks to answer three main research questions: (1) How is the title of Hajj socially constructed within Sumedang society? (2) How does the Hajj pilgrimage influence an individual's behavior and beliefs? and (3) What role does Islamic religious education play in aligning religious titles with daily morality? The study is based on the fact that the term "Hajj" is often used as a symbol of social status, despite the essence of Hajj being the transformation and internalization of Islamic values. The phenomenological method was employed through in-depth interviews with scholars, pilgrims, and community members, supplemented by participatory observation and documentation research. Data were analyzed through phenomenological reduction, imaginative variation, and synthesis of meaning. The study shows that although performing the Hajj can improve the quality of worship, sincerity, and social concern, the title of Hajj is often "commodified" as a social status without accompanying significant moral change. Instead, an individual's behavior is more highly valued by society today than a formal title. Based on the study's results, the religious education curriculum should be strengthened by emphasizing sincerity, simplicity, and the internalization of noble morals so that religious titles truly reflect a genuine spiritual journey.

This study discusses the conflict of interest in the Interim Replacement (PAW) process of the Head of Labangka Village, Labangka District, Sumbawa Regency in 2023. The PAW process has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 112 of 2014, and Sumbawa Regent Regulation Number 49 of 2022. However, its implementation experienced polemics after the elected candidate, Jumaidi, had his appointment revoked based on a court decision because he did not meet the requirements. Nevertheless, the PAW process as a whole remains valid and has not been canceled. The problem arose when the Regent of Sumbawa did not follow up on the election results and instead appointed an acting village head through Decree Number 214 of 2025, which was deemed to be contrary to laws and court decisions. The appointment was also considered to violate the Village Law and Constitutional Court Decision Number 107/PUU-XXII/2024. This study recommends that the Regent immediately inaugurate the candidate with the second-highest number of votes or hold a revote without Jumaidi's involvement. This is crucial to ensure legal certainty, prevent vacancies, and uphold the principles of democracy and the rule of law in village governance.

Character education in the modern era is a crucial foundation in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually superior, but also has strong moral, ethical and personality integrity. In the context of changing times, especially in the midst of the rapid development of digital technology and globalization that brings a variety of external influences, character education acts as a counterweight in directing moral behavior and decision-making. This study aims to identify relevant approaches and methods in implementing character education for today's generation through a literature review of various scientific journals. The results show that effective approaches in character education include value cultivation, cognitive moral development, value clarification, learning by doing, and a comprehensive approach that involves all aspects of education as a whole. Methods such as modeling, dialogue, habituation, simulation, storytelling, and integration of character values in every aspect of school activities have proven to be able to internalize these values deeply and sustainably. Furthermore, the success of character education is strongly influenced by the active involvement of various elements such as educators, parents, and the wider community, coupled with the wise use of information technology and the preservation of local wisdom values as the nation's cultural identity. The new contribution of this study lies in the mapping of character education approaches and methods that link the dynamics of the modern era with the involvement of local values, an aspect that has rarely been fully discussed in previous research. Career selection is a crucial aspect of student development, especially at the senior high school level. At this stage, students are faced with various choices that will shape their future. Therefore, career guidance through Counseling and Guidance (BK) services plays a strategic role in helping students understand their potential, gain career-related information, and make appropriate decisions regarding their career paths. This study aims to describe the role of BK in assisting Grade X student at SMA Negeri 9 Denpasar in determining career that match their interest, talents, and personalities. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The result show tha BK services contribute positively to increasing students’awarenesss of the importance early career planning. Through activies such as individual counseling, classroom guindance, an the aptitude assessment tools, BK teacher are able to guide students in undestading themselves and choosing an educational or career path that suits them. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for enhancing the quality of PAI personnel across educational institutions.

This article presents a reflection on passive-aggressive behavior in the form of littering, performed by the author as part of a social experiment. The method used was a reflective social experiment approach, where the author acted as the subject performing the behavior in public and recording social responses. Data was collected through field notes and video documentation, then analyzed qualitatively through social psychology perspectives. The aim of the experiment was to observe public responses to the act and to explore how the experience could serve as a means of personal reflection on the social impact of individual behavior. Based on four recorded interactions across public locations, the responses varied from disapproving expressions to direct verbal reprimands. These findings were analyzed through the lens of social psychology theories, particularly passive aggression and social norms. The reflection highlights the importance of individual environmental awareness and encourages respectful public intervention to uphold social order.

Generation Alpha, born since 2010, grows up in a rapidly evolving digital environment, requiring a character education approach that aligns with contemporary challenges. This study aims to explore the meaning of gratitude (shukr) in Surah Luqman verse 12 through a thematic (maudhu’i) and contextual interpretation, drawing on the insights of M. Quraish Shihab in Tafsir al-Mishbah. The findings reveal that gratitude is not limited to verbal acknowledgment, but represents active awareness in utilizing blessings responsibly for social good. The values of gratitude include awareness of blessings, recognition of Allah as their source, and constructive application of those blessings. These values significantly contribute to the development of spiritual and social character in Generation Alpha. Theoretically, this study enriches the contextual interpretation of the Qur’an, and practically, it provides a foundation for developing Islamic character education models that are adaptive, integrative, and relevant to the digital era

The weton tradition in Javanese society is part of a long-standing cultural system used to assess the compatibility of marriage partners. Though rooted in ancestral heritage, this practice continues to significantly influence decisions surrounding marriage and divorce in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the influence of weton on marital continuity and examine how Islamic law positions this practice within the framework of ʿurf and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation in communities across East Java. The findings indicate that weton is often a primary consideration in marriage decisions and plays a role in household conflicts and even divorce, despite actual causes stemming from poor communication, familial pressure, or economic stress. From the Islamic legal perspective, weton may be accepted as ʿurf ṣaḥīḥ (valid custom) as long as it does not violate the principle of tawḥīd or cause harm. However, when weton is believed to be absolute and used to annul a legitimate marriage, it becomes ʿurf fāsid (invalid custom). This study recommends an educational and integrative approach to interpreting weton so that local traditions may be preserved without compromising Islamic principles

The focus of research in this article is to describe, the islamic value implemented during the study of nature and the environment at MTsN 9 Kediri, efforts in applying Islamic values to the behavior and attitudes of students when conducting study activities to know nature and the environment, the implications faced in integrating Islamic values in study activities to know nature and the environment at MTsN 9 Kediri. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study, namely: (1) Islamic values that are implemented during the study of nature and the environment at MTsN 9 Kediri are first Faith: tawheed, shukr, du’a and tawakkul, maintaining trust. Second Shari’ah: selection of tourist destinations, shari’ah accommodation, honest transactions. Third, Morals: Honesty and integrity, patience and tolerance, respect for the environment and cleanliness. (2) Efforts in applying Islamic values: Faith which can be done on belief in Allah, Shari’ah which can be instilled regulating the relationship between Allah and humans, morals by instilling good moral ethics. (3) The implications and intergration of Islamic values in this activity are to monotheize nature, provide natural space to strengthen faith, shari’ah, and morals. As well as expanding the knowledge and experience of students in learning outside the school environment.

Food and its processed products are a vital basic human need. Given that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, compliance with strict regulations regarding food types and halal requirements is mandatory in food selection. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of a clear legal status and a strong legal framework for halal certification within the national legal system. This research method uses a legal approach, which aims to answer various legal questions, both academically and practically, covering legal principles, applicable legal norms, and the implementation of existing laws. Data collection techniques include cataloging and determining the identity of laws and regulations, as well as systematically grouping and organizing legal materials according to the research objectives, so that the collected legal materials can be properly organized. The results of the study indicate that this is crucial for protecting Muslim consumers and ensuring food meets halal standards. Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection also emphasizes the importance of product safety for consumers. This study analyzes the legal aspects of halal certification for imported food products in Indonesia, identifies challenges in its implementation, and provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of supervision and law enforcement related to halal certification.

This research aims to identify the use of sound imagery (auditory imagery) and its function in a collection of short stories by Sapta Arif Nur Wahyudin using a stylistic approach. Descriptive qualitative method is used to describe the findings of auditory imagery data in the form of words, phrases, and sentences. Documentation study is used as a data collection technique. The technique is carried out by reading the object of the short story collection, recording, and marking the data according to the research focus. Data were collected and checked again to avoid errors. Analysis of research data using flow model technique includes data classification, data reduction, data presentation, data interpretation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that five short stories entitled Bulan Ziarah Kenangan, Menerobos Lengkara, Apron Pink & Old Sewing Machine, Ritmis Classic Clock, and Lelaki Tua Bermata Seputih Susu contained auditory imagery that had different functions. The function is to create an atmosphere and describe the character's personality and emotions.

This research aims to examine the role of multicultural families in shaping tolerance, respect for differences, and religious character of children in Kuprik Village, South Papua. The main focus of this research is on family strategies in internalising values, socialisation mechanisms applied, and values constructed in the daily practices of cross-cultural and religious families. The method used is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design, through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of eight families with different cultural and religious backgrounds. The results showed that multicultural families actively in still tolerance values through direct experience, behavioural role models, and open communication in the household environment. In addition, they build respect for diversity and develop children's religious character based on universal values such as honesty, compassion and responsibility. The findings confirm that the family as the main socialisation agent has an important role in fostering positive attitudes and religious character in a plural society. This research contributes to the development of character education theory, family sociology and multicultural studies by providing a contextualised understanding of parenting practices in cross-cultural families.

This study aims to determine the effect of freeze (tear, tangle, and glue) activity on fine motor skills at Pertiwi Sri Hastuti Kindergarten, Simbang Village, Banjarnegara Regency. This study was motivated by motor skills at Pertiwi Sri Hastuti Kindergarten, Simbang Village, which still need improvement or have not developed according to their age stages. This study is an experimental study of the quasi-experimental design type with pre-test, treatment, and post-test stages. The sample in this study were 58 children aged 5-6 years. The data collection method used in this study was observation. The data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, homogeneity, normality, and effectiveness tests. The results showed that there were changes in fine motor skills after 12 treatments. The freeze (tear, tangle, and glue) activity treatment had an effect on fine motor skills in this problem. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it is known that the mean pre-test value is 17.8857 while the mean post-test value increased to 20.8857. Thus, there was an average increase of 16.77% from the freezing activity. This can be concluded that the results of the post-test implementation showed a better change in fine motor skills, which means that the freezing (tearing, crumpling, and gluing) activity affected fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years.

Maintaining students’ learning motivation, particularly during the initial semester, presents a significant challenge in higher education, especially for those with pesantren (Islamic boarding school) backgrounds who are adapting to a new academic environment. This study aims to explore the role of ice breaking techniques in fostering and sustaining learning enthusiasm among first-semester students in the PGMI (Primary School Teacher Education) Program at Universitas Islam Tribakti Lirboyo. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving students actively participating in lectures. Thematic analysis was conducted through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that ice breaking activities positively contribute to creating a relaxed classroom atmosphere, strengthening social bonds among students, and enhancing active participation in learning. Students reported feeling more prepared, engaged, and motivated after participating in ice breaking sessions. Moreover, these techniques effectively serve as a psychological bridge from the rigorous pesantren routine to the more interactive and dialogical demands of university learning. These results are supported by humanistic learning theories and motivational frameworks, which emphasize the importance of emotionally supportive learning environments. The study recommends the systematic integration of ice breaking activities into higher education learning strategies, particularly in pesantren-based institutions, to foster more humanistic, participatory, and adaptive learning settings

This study aims to explore the implementation of multiliteracy-based learning in the Aqidah Akhlak subject for ninth-grade students at MTs Nurul Huda, East Jakarta. The research investigates how multiliteracy approaches are integrated into classroom instruction, the strategies used by teachers, the responses of students, and the challenges encountered during the process. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation analysis. The findings indicate that multiliteracy learning—encompassing linguistic, visual, digital, and cultural literacies—has been gradually adopted to enhance students’ understanding of moral and religious values. Teachers utilize various media and interactive activities, such as videos, group discussions, and contextual moral case studies, to engage learners. Students respond positively to these approaches, demonstrating improved participation and comprehension. However, challenges remain, particularly in terms of digital infrastructure and the need for ongoing teacher training. Overall, multiliteracy-based learning in Aqidah Akhlak contributes to more meaningful and relevant moral education by aligning content with students’ real-life experiences and the demands of the 21st century.

This study aims to explore the implementation of Aegisub in a subtitling course at the English Literature Department of UIN Alauddin, focusing on the experiences of fifth-semester students. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and questionnaires, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of the students' challenges and successes while using the software. The findings reveal that while students effectively applied Aegisub to create subtitles, they encountered both technical and linguistic challenges. Technical issues included timing, typesetting, and codifying, while linguistic difficulties involved diction choices, equivalence, and translation strategies. Despite these challenges, the software's compatibility with various operating systems and its easy-to-follow instructions contributed to increased student motivation and engagement in subtitling tasks. This study highlights the dual nature of Aegisub as a valuable educational tool that not only facilitates learning but also presents challenges that need to be addressed for optimal use in audiovisual translation education

The global economic crisis in 2025 has had a significant impact on household financial conditions, especially among lower-middle-class communities. This study aims to describe how Muslim families in Blora Regency build and maintain their financial resilience in the face of these economic pressures. A qualitative approach using phenomenological methods was used to explore the subjective experiences of ten Muslim families. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth semi-structured interviews and participant observation. The results show that Muslim families' financial resilience is formed through a combination of Islamic values such as qana'ah (contentment), tawakkal (trust), and anti-riba (usury), as well as practical economic strategies such as saving, income diversification, and utilizing community-based social networks. These findings provide important insights into the role of spirituality in strengthening household economic resilience and provide input for Islamic financial institutions and policymakers in designing local value-based economic empowerment programs.

This study was conducted based on the phenomena that often occur in the implementation of digital archival management such as in the stages of archive creation, use of archive storage, archive maintenance and archive reduction that have not been carried out optimally. One of the supporting factors for success in achieving the goals of educational institutions is order in the field of archiving. The implementation of good digital archival management also has a function to facilitate administrative staff in managing school administration. This study uses a qualitative research method that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts in the field. To obtain and collect the data needed in this study, the author uses several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation, with data sources obtained from the principal, administration department and teachers of SMP Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. For data sources, the author uses primary data sources and secondary data sources, then for data analysis, data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions are carried out. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are that at SMP Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. has implemented digital archiving management quite well, starting from the archive creation stage to the reduction of archives. However, there are several things that need to be considered such as mixed archives because they still use the same building, an archive storage system that still uses a stacked origin system which makes it difficult to find archives again if needed and an archive maintenance system that has not been carried out routinely and the lack of administrative staff that has caused a lack of manpower to separate archives that have been mixed for a long time, therefore it is hoped that the school will pay more attention to the archiving section, especially in the archive life cycle.

Modern education, as it develops within contemporary educational discourse, is often secular in nature, lacking an adequate understanding of the spiritual-transcendental dimension that is the essence of Islamic education. Integrating Islamic educational philosophy and theory can be a solution to fill this gap, offering an approach that not only integrates knowledge (an integrated curriculum) but also harmonizes the relationship between humans, nature, and their creator (a tauhidic worldview). This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Through a qualitative approach with a literature analysis method, this study will examine key concepts in Islamic educational philosophy, Islamic learning theory, and its relevance to the development of an educational model that combines aspects of aqliyah (intellectual), qalbiyah (spiritual-emotional), and amaliyah (practical-social). The results of this study indicate that to understand the meaning and essence of education itself, it needs to be supported by a philosophical approach, especially in the context of understanding the philosophy of science which contains ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Therefore, a theory or approaches are needed to find out more about what education should be studied in Islam. However, the discussion in Islam itself is very broad in context and scope, so a development theory is needed that is in accordance with the needs of the times, so that Islam itself is not left behind and is not considered a backward religion.

This study examines the Cawir Metua tradition as a medium of cultural commensalism, which represents interethnic interaction that reflects tolerance, mutual respect, and social cohesion without the need for assimilation. Cawir Metua continues to exist as a symbol of Karo community identity and has also developed into a shared space for the multicultural community in Kabanjahe to maintain social harmony. The purposes of this study are: (1) to identify the funeral ritual process of Cawir Metua in Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency; (2) to analyze the existence of the Cawir Metua tradition among multicultural communities; and (3) to describe the opportunities and challenges in preserving the tradition in the era of globalization. This research employed a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The participants consisted of: (1) the Karo ethnic community (as the main informant), (2–3) additional Karo informants, (4–5) Javanese informants, (6–7) Batak informants, and (8–9) Minangkabau informants. The findings reveal that the procession includes several stages: (1) family preparation and deliberation (rerembukan), (2) notification of grief to relatives (penjuluken beras), (3) implementation of traditional rituals, (4) presentation of ulos (final ulos), (5) coffin closing (turang), followed by (6) the burial and thanksgiving ceremony (ngembahken kiniteken). The existence of this tradition within a multicultural society demonstrates a dynamic of harmonious cultural interaction. However, its preservation faces significant challenges in the fast and practical era of globalization. Therefore, collaboration among local communities, the government, academics, and younger generations is essential to safeguard this cultural heritage in an adaptive yet authentic manner.

This study examines the implementation of Islamic law during the reign of Umar ibn al-Khattab, a pivotal phase in the historical development of the Islamic political system. Umar, the second caliph after the Prophet Muhammad, was known for his success in integrating the principles of Sharia into a solid and well-organized governmental structure. This research focuses on his leadership biography, legal thought, and strategic policies enacted throughout his caliphate. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, the study reveals that Umar upheld Islamic law not only through textual adherence to the Qur’an and Sunnah but also through dynamic ijtihad to address emerging social, economic, and political challenges. Notable innovations included the reform of war booty (ghanimah) land distribution, the suspension of hudud punishments during famine, the establishment of an independent judicial system, and the creation of financial and administrative institutions. Umar also formed the Majlis al-Shura (consultative council), instituted the Hijri calendar, and implemented taxation systems and social security policies. These reforms laid a foundational framework for the development of fiqh al-siyasah (Islamic political jurisprudence) and Islamic governance. Modernization has brought significant impacts on the dynamics of educational institution management, including traditional pesantren that have long maintained a classical learning system centered on the kitab kuning (Islamic classical texts). This study aims to analyze the challenges and adaptive strategies implemented by Pondok Pesantren Al Mubarokah in sustaining its existence amidst the currents of educational modernization. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. A total of 10 participants including the kiai, pesantren administrators, teachers, and senior students were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then validated using source and technique triangulation. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the pesantren faces challenges such as limited human resources, increasing institutional administrative demands, and the pressure of technological modernization that may potentially shift its traditional identity. In response, the pesantren developed adaptive strategies, including strengthening the leadership role of the kiai, digitizing administrative processes, integrating the kitab kuning curriculum with the national curriculum, and enhancing teacher competence through training. These results emphasize that pesantren are capable of building a hybrid management model rooted in tradition while remaining responsive to contemporary changes. The study recommends reinforcing culturally based institutional resilience and encouraging affirmative government policies to ensure the sustainability of traditional pesantren.

Green infrastructure development is an urgent need in metropolitan buffer zones such as Tangerang Regency, which face pressures from urbanization, industrialization, and environmental degradation. This study aims to evaluate the construction and development of green infrastructure in Tangerang Regency, focusing on its ecological, social, and governance functions. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted over six months through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, field observations of green open spaces, city parks, and infiltration wells, and a review of policy documents and official reports. The results indicate that green infrastructure has had a positive impact on reducing microclimate temperatures, increasing social interaction, and partially reducing stormwater runoff. However, its distribution remains unequal, maintenance is minimal, community participation is unequal, and coordination between agencies tends to be fragmented. The study's conclusions emphasize that the success of green infrastructure cannot be measured solely by physical achievements; instead, sustainability, equitable access, and multi-stakeholder collaboration must be considered. This research's contribution lies in providing a multidimensional evaluation framework that can serve as a reference for local governments and stakeholders in designing more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable green infrastructure policies.

Al-Ikhlas Modern Islamic Boarding School was founded in 1992 and inaugurated one year later. Founded by H. Zikir Sewai with personal money, he donated the land he bought to be used as an Islamic boarding school so that it could become a producer of scholars who would continue the struggle for Islam. This Islamic boarding school consists of RA, MTs, SMP, SMK and SMA. This Islamic boarding school operates in the fields of da'wah, education, and social work, and is expected to make a real contribution to community life in line with Islamic law and the guidance of the Quran. The boarding school consistently teaches its students to always benefit others by enjoining good and forbidding evil. This is inseparable from its role in educating the community on how to practice true Islam without being influenced by polytheism. This is to ensure that the goal of harmonizing knowledge with faith and piety is achieved, the pinnacle of success.

This paper aims to analyze how the use of Islamic mobile banking can improve financial access for the people of Pekanbaru by understanding the features, adoption rates, and factors that influence its use. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to analyze the experiences, adoption, and obstacles of the people of Pekanbaru in using Islamic mobile banking, with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation and secondary data from bank documents and related literature. Data collection was conducted through triangulation through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) through the stages of condensation, presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results of the study provide a comprehensive overview of the contribution of Islamic mobile banking to improving public financial access, the level of user comfort, and the obstacles faced. The results of this paper show that the use of Islamic mobile banking in Pekanbaru has been proven to facilitate public access to financial services by enabling fast savings transactions, transfers, bill payments, credit purchases, and zakat via mobile phones. This service increases efficiency, reduces queues at the counter, and simplifies customer account management. The growth in active users and transaction volumes indicates that Islamic mobile banking is well-received and plays an important role in expanding financial access and optimizing banking technology.

The rapid development of digitalization has led to changes in how consumers shop, especially on e-commerce platforms. Tokopedia, as one of the largest online marketplaces in Indonesia, implements various marketing methods, including the use of brand ambassadors to attract attention and influence buyers' decisions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of brand ambassadors, in this case the South Korean boy band BTS, on consumers' shopping decisions on Tokopedia. This study employs a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale, analyzed through validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, and simple linear regression. The results indicate that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. These findings support the AIDA theory, which indicates that brand ambassadors can attract attention, increase interest, trigger desire, and encourage purchasing actions. Therefore, selecting brand ambassadors that align with demographic characteristics, such as BTS for a younger audience, is considered effective for strengthening marketing communication strategies in the e-commerce sector.

The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed communication patterns in society, including among housewives. TikTok has emerged as a prominent social media platform that enables this shift in communication style from conventional, domestically confined interactions to more open, interactive, and creative expressions. This study aims to analyze how mothers develop and adapt their communication styles through TikTok, using Everett M. Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovations Theory as the analytical framework. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with in-depth interviews conducted with two active TikTok user informants. The findings reveal that both informants successfully went through the five stages of innovation diffusion: knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation. Their communication styles include personal narratives, educational content, promotional messaging, and expressive visual communication. TikTok functions not only as a communication medium but also as a platform for social identity formation, digital literacy development, and economic opportunity. These results indicate that mothers are an adaptive social group capable of becoming active communicators in the digital era.

Pencak Silat is an Indonesian cultural heritage that not only teaches martial arts techniques but also instills moral values, ethics, and discipline. In the athlete development process, coaches play a significant role, particularly in fostering training motivation through the communication patterns they implement. This study aims to examine the coach's communication patterns in motivating athletes at the Satria Muda Indonesia Pencak Silat School, Bekasi Regional Commissariat. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consist of the head coach and two senior athletes. The data were analyzed using the interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the coach applies one-way, two-way, and multi-directional communication patterns, adjusted according to the athlete’s age and character. Both verbal and non-verbal communication are used effectively, supported by emotional approaches and informal social activities. This communication strategy fosters strong emotional bonds and a positive training environment. Effective communication has been proven to increase athlete motivation, discipline, and enthusiasm during the training process.

Digital advertising has become a strategic promotional medium. Marjan, a renowned syrup brand, is known for its innovative ads, such as the 2025 Ramadan edition titled Bangkitnya Calon Arang. This advertisement highlights the issue of runaway artificial intelligence in the future, making it a compelling subject for study. The purpose of this research is to analyze the representation of artificial intelligence in the ad using Roland Barthes semiotic approach. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through non-participant observation and visual documentation. The analysis results show that artificial intelligence is represented through two myths. Initially, artificial intelligence is depicted as a harbinger of civilizational progress, forming the myth of a future dominated by high technology. However, when it spirals out of control, the representation shifts to a destructive force, creating the myth of artificial intelligence as a ruler that robs humanity. The climax of the ad asserts the myth of humanity's victory over oppressive technology, symbolized by the power of a mother's prayer. In conclusion, Marjan's ad successfully presents a complex narrative about the potential of artificial intelligence while prioritizing the value of humanity.

This study analyzes the representation of Balinese culture in the film "Komang" using Roland Barthes' semiotics analysis. The research aims to understand the meaning of Balinese cultural elements represented in the film through denotation, connotation, and myth. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with primary data obtained through in-depth observation of scenes in the film containing Balinese cultural elements and visual documentation. Secondary data was gathered from relevant previous studies and various supporting literature such as journals, books, and online sources to strengthen the analysis and theoretical context. The findings indicate that the film "Komang" effectively represents Balinese culture through its various audio-visual elements. Aspects of Balinese spiritualism (incense, canang sari, Sanggah Catu) and traditional identity (traditional attire, the term "Meme") are clearly depicted, reinforcing myths such as "Bali as the Island of Gods" and "Clothing as an Inseparable Identity of Balinese Spirituality and Culture." The film also portrays social interactions and traditions through dialogues about differences in qibla and visual representations of pelangkiran, highlights the Galungan holiday, traditional musical elements like gangsa, and culinary aspects such as lawar, all of which form and reinforce Balinese cultural myths.Overall, the film "Komang" successfully utilizes various visual and dialogue markers to represent Balinese culture, not merely as a series of traditions, but as a dynamic system of values and beliefs integrated into every aspect of its society's life, including through the representation of the Ngaben ceremony and the role of ancestors.

This study analyzes the meaning of female power represented through the character of Jinda in the film The Empress of Ayodhaya using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. This film was chosen because it significantly depicts the theme of female power through the construction of the main character, Jinda, who is portrayed as an active and strategic figure in facing the political conflicts of the Ayodhaya kingdom. Using a descriptive analytical qualitative research method, this study analyzes the symbolic, narrative, and visual elements in the film. Primary data was collected through observation of film scenes and in-depth interviews with informants knowledgeable about historical films and royal dramas. Secondary data included academic journals and relevant documents. Data analysis was conducted using Barthes' three levels of semiotics, namely denotation, connotation, and myth, with triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results show that at the denotative level, Jinda's strength is her courage and determination in facing difficulties after being forced to become queen. Connotatively, her strength is her ability to turn suffering into courage and build solidarity within the patriarchal system. And mythologically, Jinda symbolizes an eternal moral legacy and courage despite defeat. Overall, this film reveals that women's strength lies not only in their position or power, but also in their determination, sacrifice, and the legacy of courage created from suffering.

The study uses a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the content selection mechanism, the standards used, and the dynamics of decision-making behind the scenes. Interpersonal communication plays a vital role in determining the success of managed service delivery, particularly in information technology-based companies. This study investigates how the interpersonal communication practices of Infrastructure Support at PT Profescipta WahanaTehnik influence client satisfaction across various service touchpoints. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted through a survey using a structured questionnaire distributed to 54 employees across five active client organizations of the company. The collected data were analyzed using several statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings demonstrate that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on client satisfaction, as reflected in a t-value of 10.278 > t-table value of 2.007 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the R² value of 0.670 indicates that interpersonal communication contributes 67% to the variation in client satisfaction. These results affirm that well-established interpersonal communication by Infrastructure Support personnel significantly enhances client satisfaction with the managed services provided by PT Profescipta WahanaTehnik.

This study examines the role of the madrasah principal in enhancing the quality of graduates at NU Banat Madrasah Aliyah, Kudus Regency. The research is motivated by the urgent need to improve graduate outcomes as part of a complex and continuous educational process. Specifically, the study aims to describe the principal’s role as a leader, manager, and innovator in strengthening graduate quality. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the stages of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal three main roles of the principal. First, as a leader, the principal demonstrates discipline, active supervision of teachers and students, and continuous professional guidance through training and two-way communication. Second, as a manager, the principal designs comprehensive program planning, assigns tasks according to teacher competence, and manages administration, student affairs, infrastructure, and finances professionally, including the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Third, as an innovator, the principal initiates contemporary learning programs such as Integrated Tahfidz, Muhadasah, Conversation Class, project-based learning, and digital learning. This study examines the transformation of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), highlighting efforts to integrate the preservation of tradition with the application of modernization to face the challenges of globalization. As the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) have a strong tradition of scholarship through the teaching of yellow books, the sorogan and bandongan methods, and the practice of daily worship. However, technological developments, curriculum modernization, and global demands require Islamic boarding schools to integrate religious knowledge with general knowledge, 21st-century skills, and the use of digital technology. This study uses a qualitative library research approach with primary sources in the form of classical books, curriculum documents, and government regulations, as well as secondary sources from related academic literature. The data obtained were analyzed through content analysis to identify the main themes of the transformation of Islamic boarding school education. The results of the analysis show that the transformation of Islamic boarding schools includes adaptive curriculum innovation, the implementation of active learning methods, the use of digital technology, and a shift in the leadership style of kiai from a charismatic-traditional model to a participatory and professional pattern. The principle of al-Muḥāfaẓah ‘alā al-Qadīm al-Ṣāliḥ wa al-Akhdu bi al-Jadīd al-Aṣlaḥ is a philosophical foundation that maintains the identity of Islamic boarding schools while enabling the acceptance of beneficial reforms. This transformation not only strengthens the identity of Islamic boarding schools but also ensures their sustainability and competitiveness in the era of globalization. Thus, Islamic boarding schools now serve as inclusive, adaptive, and multifunctional centers of Islamic education, capable of making a real contribution to the development of modern society

The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency is one of the Non-Departmental Government Institutions (LPND). BMKG has offices spread throughout Indonesia, and is centered in Kemayoran, Jakarta. This study aims to describe the public relations campaign strategy implemented by BMKG Public Relations in providing hydrometeorological early warnings to the public through Instagram media @PPID_BMKG. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that BMKG's public relations campaign strategy is based on the approach proposed by Cutlip, Center, & Broom. This campaign strategy is carried out through several stages including systematic content planning, using easy-to-understand visual language, and measuring effectiveness using social media insight analysis and making monthly reports every three months. This study emphasizes the importance of cooperation between BMKG and social media to increase public awareness and preparedness in facing hydrometeorological disasters.

This study aims to: (1) determine the significance of the influence of parental attention on interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, (2) determine the significance of the influence of peers on interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, (3) determine the significance of the influence between parental attention and peers on interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo. This research uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto type, whose data uses numbers. Data collection used a questionnaire, with Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis, the results found that: (1) Parental attention has a significant effect on the interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, the amount of influence is 11.0%. (2) Peers do not significantly affect the interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo, (3) Parental attention and peers have a significant effect on the interpersonal intelligence of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Ponorogo the amount of influence is 11.6%. This research strengthens the theory of interpersonal intelligence by highlighting the role of social interaction, communication and cooperation in the development of students' interpersonal intelligence. The results of this study can be used as a reference for teachers to design, develop learning strategies that encourage positive interactions and collaboration between students. In addition, it can also help parents and schools create an environment that supports the development of children's interpersonal intelligence to the fullest.

Human resources are a crucial factor in determining the success or failure of an organization. Organizations continually strive to acquire resources that can ease the burden of achieving their goals. This study employed a quantitative, descriptive design, collecting primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees at PT. Sarana OTW Indonesia, using a sampling method. The results of the study include work discipline as an independent variable X1 having a significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value> t table of 5.715> 2.008 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, variable X2, namely Communication, has a significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value> t table of 3.493> 2.008 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then, together, work discipline and communication have an effect on employee performance with a calculated F value> F Table of 38.928> 1.659 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline and communication influence employee performance at PT. Sarana OTW Indonesia. The R value of 0.747 or 74.7% means the relationship between work discipline and communication on employee performance. The R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% of work discipline and communication is able to influence employee performance, while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

The advancement of digital technology has encouraged government institutions to utilize social media as an effective public communication tool. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations communication patterns in building the image of the National Legal Development Agency (BPHN) through the Instagram platform. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of the official Instagram account of BPHN (@bphn.kemenkum) and relevant informants. The findings reveal that BPHN’s public relations apply an active, responsive, and participatory two-way communication pattern in managing content and public interaction. Features such as comments, direct messages, and interactive stories facilitate reciprocal communication that strengthens public engagement. Feedback evaluation is also conducted regularly as a basis for improving communication strategies. The study concludes that the communication pattern implemented by BPHN’s public relations significantly contributes to shaping an informative, transparent, and professional institutional image in the eyes of the public.

This study aims to analyze the management of expenditure budgeting at the Australian Islamic College of Sydney (AICS) from the perspective of educational finance management. The research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach, relying on the 2023 Annual Report of AICS as the primary data source. Findings indicate that 67% of the institution’s total expenditures are allocated for staff salaries and related benefits. This dominant proportion limits the flexibility of the institution in financing other essential aspects such as curriculum development, facility upgrades, and pedagogical innovation. Through a literature-based analysis, this study compares the current budgeting practice of AICS with ideal educational finance models that emphasize balanced allocation, cost-effectiveness, and long-term educational outcomes. The research concludes that the overconcentration of funds on salary expenditure presents challenges to sustainable quality improvement and recommends a strategic reallocation based on performance-based budgeting and efficiency principles. This study contributes by providing an academic perspective on budget management in Islamic schools abroad, which has received limited scholarly attention, and offers practical insights for achieving financial efficiency in similar institutions.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education PAI in shaping students’ religious character at SMP Queen Al-falah Ploso Mojo Kediri. The background of this research is rooted in the importance of character education as a response to the ongoing moral crisis among students, as well as the strategic role of PAI in instilling religious and moral values. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a phenomenological method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed inductively using source and technique triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that PAI instruction at SMP Queen Al-Falah is carried out systematically and is integrated with students’ religious activities, such as congregational prayers, Qur’an recitation (tadarus), and other worship practices. PAI teachers actively serve as role models, facilitators, and motivators in shaping students’ character through contextual and participatory learning approaches.Despite challenges such as limited teaching media and diverse student backgrounds, the I mplementation of PAI has had a positive impact on strengthening students’ faith, discipline, sense of responsibility, and social behavior. The school’s religious culture and the supportive pesantren environment further reinforce the internalization of Islamic values in students' daily lives. In conclusion, the study affirms that PAI is not merely religious instruction but serves as a fundamental foundation for character building among the younger generation. It is recommended that PAI teachers continue to develop active and contextual learning methods, and that schools enhance their religious environment as part of a comprehensive effort to support students' character development

Blood cockles are an abundant fishery commodity. However, blood cockles are only processed for their meat, so diversification of products in shellfish processing has been carried out, namely petis, which uses broth from boiling the shellfish meat. This study aims to determine the effect of using various types of flour on the nutritional content of blood cockle petis. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a quantitative descriptive approach. This study was conducted through the stages of making shellfish broth as a raw material and the stages of petis production, followed by proximate tests to determine the water, ash, protein, fat, and carbohydrate content. The results of the study showed that the addition of different types of flour, namely wheat flour, tapioca flour, and glutinous rice flour to blood cockle petis had a significant effect on the water content of blood cockle petis with the addition of wheat flour, tapioca flour, and glutinous rice flour, namely 61.785%, 75.075%, 68.442%, ash content of 1.388%, 0.598%, 0.703%, protein content of 6.226%, 4.964%, 6.669%, fat content of 0.932%, 0.876%, 1.292%, and carbohydrate content of 91.454%, 93.562%, 91.336%.

Translation Issues Analysis Committed by the 4th Year English Department Students of Unklab in Translating the Good Samaritan’s Story

A translator should be able to convey the intended meaning contained in the source language into the target one. The results of the initial observation depicted that some students in the translation class tended to translate without reading the whole text that might lead to misunderstanding of source text. This study aimed at analysing the problems faced by the student translators in translating the good Samaritan’s story from English language into Bahasa Indonesia. This study used a descriptive method. The participants were the 4th Year English Department students who took the course of Linguistic 3 as their major course. The data were taken from the Christian Biblical story in Luke 10:25-37. The data were analysed using a translation procedure. The results indicated that there are ten of problem found in the students’ translation, which are the improper use of generalization technique, improper of borrowing technique, missing the target language structure, meaning deletion, improper use of literal technique, context misunderstanding, target language interference, meaning addition, inability to find right equivalent, and source text misunderstanding.

Representasi Nilai Budaya Jawa Dalam Film Pendek “TUMBAS” (Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes)

This study aims to analyze the representation of Javanese cultural values in the short film Tumbas by Riza Pahlevi using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The film was chosen as the object of study because it explicitly showcases the conflict between children and parents regarding the use of the Javanese language in daily life. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through visual observation of scenes, dialogues, costumes, and settings presented throughout the 9-minute-42-second film. The findings reveal that Tumbas represents Javanese cultural values such as unggah-ungguh (etiquette), the importance of speaking local languages, and the authoritative role of parents in educating children. The denotative meaning appears in daily activities, such as children fulfilling tasks like shopping. The connotative meaning is portrayed through the emotional expressions of fear and tension when children are scolded for linguistic mistakes. The film also reflects a myth that proper use of the Javanese language is a measure of politeness and moral behavior in society. The color symbolism of clothing such as Saka’s red shirt indicating courage and inner conflict, or Mbah Warno’s purple attire suggesting authority and symbolic violence is also analyzed. The conclusion is that Tumbas delivers a moral message about the importance of preserving local languages while also critiquing rigid and intimidating methods of cultural transmission. The cultural values in the film are conveyed through a complex system of signs, reflecting the tension between preservation and adaptation in Javanese cultural identity among younger generations.

This study focuses on the moral development strategy carried out by SMK NU Kedungtuban through the takhassus class. This study is intended to answer problems in moral development. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection of observation, interviews, and documentation. These results indicate that the strategy for developing students' morals through the takhassus class is, exemplary behavior, direction (providing guidance), encouragement, zakiyah and heart. While the strategy used in moral development at SMK NU Kedungtuban through the takhassus class includes making plans, organizing, directing and supervising to carry out activities related to moral development. Forms of habits carried out such as congregational prayer, joint tadarus and book studies are carried out routinely in the Takhassus class of SMK NU Kedungtuban. The inhibiting factors for the strategy of developing students' morals at SMK NU Kedungtuban through the takhassus class include the negative influence of social interactions from outside the school, limited study time, and the presence of students who are less disciplined such as often borrowing cell phones outside the takhassus class secretly. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for the strategy of developing students' morals at SMK NU Kedungtuban through the Takhassus class are full support from the foundation, teachers, parents, and a religious environment.

This article explores the methods and scientific paradigms in Islamic studies using a library research approach through a review of recent literature published after 2020. The findings indicate that Islamic studies have shifted from a purely textual-normative orientation to multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches that incorporate bayani, burhani, and irfani perspectives, as well as historical, philosophical, and sociological analyses. The scientific paradigms in Islamic studies can be categorized into four main models: normative-theological, historical-sociological, philosophical-rational, and integrative-interdisciplinary. In today's digital era, business competition is getting tighter. Including in the field of dental health. This study aims to determine and analyze Public Relations Strategy by using Instagram social media @mirzams.dentalcare to build Brand Awareness at the Mirza MS Dental Care Dental Clinic. The method used is descriptive qualitative to understand the strategy in depth and comprehensively. with content observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The main theory used is Brand Awareness with indicators of recognition, recall, top of mind, and brand image, as well as New Media theory as a support. The results of the study show that PR strategy is carried out through collaborative content with KOL/UMKM, entertainment, promotion, and education. Collaborative content strengthens recognition, routine programs build recall, the use of hashtags supports top of mind, while educational and entertainment content forms brand image. PR strategy is implemented through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Although brand awareness has increased, the level of engagement still needs to be improved compared to competitors.

As a local brand, Scarlett has successfully optimized the power of digital media by collaborating with influencers to deliver brand messages in a more personal and authentic manner. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that Scarlett’s PR strategy focuses on long-term collaboration with influencers aligned with its brand image, the use of engaging visual content, and the delivery of consistent and relatable messages. This strategy has proven effective in fostering emotional connections between the brand and consumers, strengthening public trust, and reinforcing brand positioning in the local skincare market. This study aims to analyze the role of ice cream sticks in supporting the development of numeracy literacy in early childhood at Pertiwi Menden Kradenan Blora Kindergarten. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study were carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, which showed significant results and had a positive impact on the development of children's numeracy literacy skills, cognitive skills, helping to stimulate children's fine motor skills, increasing children's concentration, and also helping children solve simple mathematical problems. Although several challenges were still found, such as children's lack of understanding of learning concepts and lack of focus and concentration, learning using ice cream sticks proved to be effective in supporting the development of children's numeracy literacy. This approach is one of the effective strategies for teachers in enlivening the learning atmosphere in the classroom.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the storytelling method in improving the language skills of elementary school students. The subjects of this research were the third-grade students of SDN 2 Doplang. The findings indicate that the implementation of the storytelling method significantly enhances students’ listening, speaking, and writing abilities. The learning process, which was initially conventional, became more interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful. Teachers play a crucial role as communication role models and as creators of a safe and positive learning environment, enabling students to express their ideas with greater confidence. In addition, parental involvement through parenting forums further strengthened students’ learning outcomes at school. The use of audiovisual media in storytelling activities also proved effective in increasing students’ engagement and comprehension of the material. These findings demonstrate that the storytelling method not only develops language proficiency but also fosters character values such as honesty, courage, empathy, and responsibility. Therefore, the storytelling method serves as an innovative, integrative, and humanistic strategy for enhancing Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of intercultural interactions on social media, particularly differences in language, symbols, values, and norms, and their impact on the mental health of multicultural students. A qualitative approach using library research methods was used to understand the dynamics of intercultural interactions on social media and their impact on the mental health of multicultural students. Data were collected through literature reviews from books, journals, research reports, and credible online sources related to intercultural communication, social media, digital literacy, and mental health. The analysis was conducted systematically using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify key themes and synthesize the findings into a comprehensive and holistic analytical framework. The results show that intercultural interactions on social media are complex and influenced by differences in language, symbols, values, and norms of multicultural students. These interactions have a dual impact on psychological well-being, both expanding intercultural understanding and tolerance and causing stress, anxiety, isolation, and self-dissatisfaction if differences are not managed properly. Students' abilities to adapt, understand the communication context, and build positive social support have proven crucial for creating harmonious, inclusive, and supportive interactions in the digital environment.

A drama series is a visual medium within the realm of nonverbal communication that represents various meanings through sociocultural conventions, particularly in the South Korean entertainment industry. One example is the poster for the drama Light Shop, which contains elements of mystery. This study aims to analyze the representation of mystery elements in the poster using Roland Barthes semiotic theory denotation, connotation, and myth. through a descriptive qualitative method with a constructivist approach. The results reveal that the Light Shop poster contains several visual signs that collectively create an atmosphere of mystery. In this poster, visual elements such as the dominant black and yellow colors symbolize death and enlightenment. In addition, the upward gaze symbol conveys a sense of hope, while the characters body postures symbolize anxiety and fear. The hanging lamp symbolizes the transitional line between life and death. The myth in the Light Shop poster represents the drama’s narrative that the hanging lamp emitting light can determine a person’s life or death. This study is expected to serve as a reference in the field of communication studies, particularly in visual semiotic analysis. In addition, this research can be applied as an implementation of Roland Barthes’ semiotic theory to analyze visual promotional media such as film posters. It is also expected to provide inspiration and new insights in the field of film poster design, especially in the use of visual elements containing symbolism to strengthen the visual communication message of the poster

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital communication strategies through LinkedIn on customer satisfaction at JETHRO. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software was applied. Data were collected from 49 respondents who interacted with JETHRO’s official LinkedIn account. The results show a positive and significant effect of digital communication strategies on customer satisfaction (path coefficient = 0.910; t = 38.767; p = 0.000; R² = 0.828). Indicators such as message clarity, content creativity, audience interaction, and message consistency play dominant roles in enhancing satisfaction. The findings reinforce the Uses and Gratifications Theory and Integrated Marketing Communication framework as conceptual bases for professional digital communication effectiveness.
