Implementasi SDM Melalui Program Sekolah Penggerak Dalam Pengembangan Guru Dan Keterlibatan Masyarakat

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak program at SMA Negeri 1 Besuki with a focus on developing teacher human resources (HR) and community involvement in supporting the quality of education. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from the principal, teachers, and the community. The results showed that the Sekolah Penggerak program had a significant impact on improving teacher pedagogical competence and professionalism. Most teachers participated in ongoing training that included curriculum development, educational technology, leadership, and classroom management. This training helped teachers integrate innovative and technology-based learning methods, thereby improving the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. In addition, community involvement, especially parents of students, played an active role in supporting school activities, both through moral and material contributions, and participation in the School Committee. Community participation created collaborative relationships that strengthened the education ecosystem at SMA Negeri 1 Besuki. The Sekolah Penggerak program at SMA Negeri 1 Besuki also encouraged project-based learning and student character development through extracurricular activities and integration of local values. This holistic approach had a positive impact on the quality of education that was more inclusive, innovative, and relevant to the needs of the community.

The aim of this research is to find out how the scales of polygamy in the Law and Maqashid Syariah prescribe polygamy in Islamic teachings. The research method used in this research is quantitative with literature review research. Research data used in writing is in the form of books, research journals, online news and websites. Data analysis in this research used three stages - data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that polygamy is still permitted in Indonesia with several applicable requirements in accordance with the law. The Maqshid Syariah in polygamy includes five aspects, protecting religion (Hifdzu din), protecting the soul (Hifdzu Nafs), protecting reason (Hifzu Aql), protecting property (Hifdzu Mal), protecting offspring (Hifdzu Nasl).

Learning model aims to build a learning atmosphere that supports and is in line with learning styles of students. Based on the results initial analysis conducted in class 5 MI Darul Ulum Tambakrejo Waru Sidoarjo, that teacher center learning using traditional learning methods. This situation causes students to not have critical thinking skills. The solution to dealing with this problem is through the application project-based learning model. The purpose writing is to provide analysis results related to the influence learning models on critical thinking skills in students. The type of research used is using quasi-experiments. The results calculation average percentage of students' pretests before using the PJBL model obtained score of 51.8% or were in "Low" category. While the results calculation average percentage of students' pretests after implementing the PJBL learning model obtained score 76.1% in the "High" category. The results calculation average percentage of students' pretests using the conventional model obtained score 51.6% or were in the "Low" category. Meanwhile, the results calculation average percentage of students' pretests on the use of conventional models obtained value 71.3% in the "High" category. The conclusion drawn is that increasing critical thinking skills can be improved by using learning models.

This research explores the integration of legal compliance and local cultural values in Indonesian product advertisements, focusing on how these elements influence brand identity and consumer trust. The study aims to analyze how well-known brands such as Wardah, Sido Muncul, Teh Botol Sosro, and Indomie incorporate regulatory standards like halal certification and BPOM approval alongside cultural storytelling to resonate with the local audience. Utilizing qualitative content analysis, this study examines television and digital advertisements, identifying key patterns in the strategic combination of legal adherence and cultural narratives. The results indicate that advertisements which successfully blend these components foster deeper emotional connections, enhance brand credibility, and increase consumer loyalty. The research concludes that the harmonious integration of legal and cultural elements in advertisements is essential for building a strong and trustworthy brand presence in Indonesia’s culturally diverse and highly regulated market.

This article addresses the issue of the epistemological dynamics and methods in the development of Qur'anic interpretation from the era of Prophet Muhammad to the modern era. The study aims to analyze the transformation of interpretive methods, the validity of traditional and modern epistemologies, and their integration with contemporary scientific philosophy. The research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach with historical, epistemological, and contextual analysis. The findings reveal that interpretive methods have evolved from literal, tradition-based approaches (bi al-ma'tsur) to the use of hermeneutics, scientific philosophy, and contextual approaches to address the challenges of modernity. In the Nusantara context, local interpretations such as the works of Abdurrauf Singkel and Quraish Shihab demonstrate the relevance of Qur'anic interpretation in responding to socio-cultural issues. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for integrating traditional epistemology with modern approaches to produce holistic and contextually relevant interpretations while adhering to the authority of divine revelation.

This study aims to explore the concept of tolerance in Islam as practiced during the Abbasid Dynasty, especially in the interaction between Muslims and non-Muslims, and to analyze the views of the Imams of the Schools and contemporary scholars regarding the values of tolerance in building an inclusive, harmonious, and respectful society. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were collected through literature reviews from various sources, including classical books, historical documents, and analysis of the views of the Imams of the Schools and contemporary scholars. This approach aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the practice of tolerance and its contribution to the development of Islamic civilization in the Abbasid era, especially through institutions such as Bayt al-Hikmah. This study found that the Abbasid Dynasty was an example of the successful implementation of religious tolerance through inclusive policies and collaborative approaches in various aspects of life. The Imams of the Schools emphasized the importance of tolerance as a basis for social interaction, both among Muslims and non-Muslims. Institutions such as Bayt al-Hikmah played an important role in encouraging cross-cultural and religious interaction, resulting in intellectual and social progress. These tolerance values not only have an impact on political stability, but also make a significant contribution to building an advanced and diverse Islamic civilization. This study also emphasizes the importance of implementing tolerance values in everyday life to create a harmonious society in the modern era.

The history of conventional economic thought starts from the pre-classical era, with Plato as one of the figures who described the ideal economy in the state. The basic concepts of conventional economics include the theory of wants, free markets, social equality, and political discipline to regulate markets. However, the conventional economic paradigm is different from Islamic economics, which is rooted in the teachings of the Koran and hadith. The great contribution of Muslims in the development of economic thought is often overlooked by Western scholars, who tend to skip important periods in history such as the so-called "The Great Gap". In line with Islamic teachings about the use of reason and revelation, Islamic economic thought emerged as a response to economic challenges at certain times. The history of Islamic economic thought can be divided into three phases: the basics phase, the progress phase, and the stagnation phase. The main focus of Islamic economics is on meeting needs, justice, efficiency, growth, and freedom, with the contribution of figures such as Zaid bin Ali, Al-Ghazali, Ibn Taimiyah, and Ibnu Khaldun. Understanding the history of Islamic economic thought has important implications for contemporary economic practice, demanding professionalism, regularity, truth and order in accordance with the principles contained in the Al-Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the integration of John Dewey's experiential learning concept in children's Qur'an learning in order to increase their active involvement and understanding of Qur'anic values. This study uses a library research method to collect and analyze data from various literature sources, such as books, journal articles, and documents related to John Dewey's experiential learning concept and its application in Qur'anic education. The data obtained are analyzed through identification of key concepts, comparison with the principles of Qur'anic education, and categorization to build a systematic theoretical framework. This approach provides a strong theoretical basis for evaluating the relevance and potential of integrating Dewey's theory in children's Qur'anic learning. The results of the study indicate that the application of John Dewey's experiential learning concept in Qur'anic learning can create a more active and contextual learning experience for children. With the "learning by doing" approach and project-based learning, children not only memorize the verses of the Qur'an, but also understand and apply them in everyday life. The integration of technology and media in the learning process also increases student engagement, making learning more interactive and enjoyable. Overall, this approach not only deepens religious understanding, but also strengthens children's character and social skills, and prepares them to face life's challenges.

Mengidentifikasi Kebutuhan dan Tantangan Peserta Didik sebagai Solusi Bimbingan Konseling di Sekolah

Dalam dunia pendidikan, bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain layanan yang belum optimal dalam mendukung perkembangan peserta didik, baik secara akademis maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi peserta didik, serta menentukan solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan peran bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yaitu pengumpulan dan analisis literatur yang relevan. Data diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan peserta didik meliputi aspek emosional, akademis, dan sosial yang harus dipenuhi agar mereka dapat berkembang secara optimal. Namun, terdapat berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, stigma terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling, dan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa kolaborasi antara guru bimbingan dan konseling, orang tua, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan. Untuk meningkatkan peran bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah, perlu dikembangkan program yang lebih komprehensif serta meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua dalam mendukung layanan bimbingan. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut diharapkan bimbingan dan konseling dapat lebih efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan siswa.

The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Effect of Solvency and Dividend Policy on Stock Prices of Companies Listed in the LQ45 Index. This study uses a quantitative approach and is associative. The population of this study consists of the 45 largest companies in Indonesia that have good financial reports. Sampling can be done using the Purposive Sampling technique, so that 12 companies can be obtained as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Solvency has a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Prices, while Dividend Policy has a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices.

Improving collaboration in schools is an important step in creating a more effective and enjoyable learning environment. Collaboration not only involves interactions between teachers and students but also involves parents, communities and various other stakeholders. The participatory leadership model is often defined as a principal who involves active participation from various parties, such as teachers, students, parents, the community, and all those related to the teaching and learning process in the educational institution. in the study entitled ‘Principal's Participatory Leadership Strategy in Improving Collaboration in Schools’ is through literature review. Literature review is a research method that includes searching, collecting, and analysing information contained in written works or sources such as books, journal articles, theses, and other related documents. By applying participatory leadership, the Principal of MA Ma'arif Balong can create a school environment that is inclusive, innovative, and focused on student needs.

Pengaruh Inflasi, Profitabilitas, dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan LQ45 Periode 2019 - 2023

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, profitability, and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies for the period 2019–2023. This study uses an associative quantitative design to test the effect of inflation, profitability (ROA), and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies with secondary data from the IDX and Stockbit, involving 11 sample companies during 2019–2023. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression with classical assumption tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests to measure the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on stock prices. The test results are intended to evaluate the strength and direction of the relationship between independent variables and stock prices, with the coefficient of determination (R²) as an indicator of variable contribution. The results show that inflation and profitability have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of LQ45 companies.

This study examines the interpretation of Surah Al-‘Alaq verses 1-5 in the context of education, comparing the perspectives of the classical mufassir Al-Qurtubi and the contemporary mufassir Muhammad Abduh. The background of this research lies in the importance of gaining a deeper understanding of Allah’s command to read and learn within the framework of Islamic education. The main focus of this study is to analyze how these two mufassirs interpret the verses, highlighting their differences and similarities regarding the role of education in the lives of Muslims. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach to explore the meaning of these verses in both intellectual and spiritual dimensions. The main findings reveal that Al-Qurtubi emphasizes the spiritual dimension of reading, viewing it as a means to strengthen faith and comprehend the greatness of Allah, while Muhammad Abduh stresses the importance of reading as a tool for acquiring knowledge that fosters the advancement of civilization. These two approaches complement each other, demonstrating that Islamic education should balance both spiritual and intellectual development. Therefore, this study concludes that an ideal Islamic education system must integrate religious values and general knowledge to contribute to the progress of the Muslim community in the future.

Penerapan Media Permainan Kartu Bergambar Dengan Model Make a Match Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Ujung Tanah 1 Kota Makassar

The purpose of this study is to enhance the learning motivation and academic performance of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Ujung Tanah 1 in Makassar through the implementation of picture card games using the Make a Match model. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the application of picture card games with the Make a Match model significantly improves students' motivation and learning outcomes in Social Studies. Regarding motivation, the persistence in completing tasks increased from 50% in the first session to 90% in the third session. Students' interest in learning Social Studies rose from 47% to 95%, and enjoyment of the subject grew from 60% to 97%. Cooperation skills improved from 50% to 96%, and overall motivation shifted from 51% (low motivation) in the first session to 94% (very motivated) in the third session. In terms of learning outcomes, the pre-implementation mastery rate of 32% improved to 100% after applying the Make a Match model with picture card games. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach in fostering both motivation and academic success in Social Studies learning.

Penerapan Content Marketing Melalui Social Media Tiktok Pada UMKM MAECHA.ID

This research aims to determine the impact of content marketing on brand awareness and sales improvement, as well as to implement content marketing for UMKM Maecha.id on the TikTok platform. The study employs a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Maecha.id consumers who have interacted with Maecha.id's TikTok content. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the Content Marketing variable (X) implemented through TikTok has a positive and significant impact on the Brand Awareness variable (Y1), with a t-value of 12.992 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The Content Marketing variable (X) implemented through TikTok also positively and significantly affects the Sales Improvement variable (Y2), with a t-value of 9.443 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings demonstrate that Content Marketing has a significant positive influence on enhancing Brand Awareness and Sales Improvement for UMKM Maecha.id. They also highlight the importance of marketing strategies in the form of content marketing with video content specifically designed for TikTok audiences as an effort to expand market reach and improve Maecha.id's competitiveness.

This study examines the use of the Inquiry Method in learning the skills of writing local cultural narratives for Semester VI Students of the Islamic Civilization History Study Program. The problem in this study is: How is the implementation of learning the skills of writing local cultural narratives using the inquiry method for semester VI students of the Islamic Civilization History Department, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Alauddin Makassar? The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of local cultural narrative writing skills using the inquiry method for semester VI students of the Islamic Civilization History Department, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Alauddin Makassar. The results of this study are that the use of the inquiry method can improve the skills of semester VI students of the Islamic Civilization History Study Program, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Alauddin Makassar in writing local cultural narratives as described below: The results of the implementation of learning using the inquiry method obtained in the implementation of this learning are: in cycle I, it is still relatively low. This is evidenced by the percentage that gets the very good category on each test component such as: the very good category of the five test components is only 23 people overall or 12 percent who get the very good category. There are 43 people or 23 percent of the total number of test components who get the good category, 44 people or 23 percent who get the moderate category. Likewise, those who get the less category are 44 people or 23 percent, while those who get the very less category are 19 percent.

Mudharabah is one of the sharia banking products that in the implementation of its contract, it is mandatory to apply the principle of prudence as mandated by the Law. One form of implementation of the principle of prudence is the application of the 5C provisions which contain elements of collateral or guarantees. This study aims to analyze the validity of the guarantee for the mudharabah contract, because in principle the mudharabah contract is a trust contract that does not require collateral. The study uses a normative legal research method to determine the concept of collateral in mudharabah according to Islamic law, especially regarding the position of Mortgage Rights on the mudharabah contract in terms of Islamic Law and Positive Law.

This research aims to improve learning outcomes and initial reading skills using word card media for class I students at St Fransiskus Xaverius Maumbi Catholic Elementary School. This research is classroom action research. This research was carried out in Cycle II with 26 subjects. The improvement in reading skills can be seen from Cycle I. In cycle I, there were 2 students in the initial reading skills who received the very good category, and in the good category there were 10 students, while in the adequate category there were 4 students and in the poor category there were 10 students. So from the data from cycle I it can be seen that many class I students do not know how to read and pronounce words well. And in cycle II, initial reading skills showed an increase in each error. For cycle II there were 9 students who got the very good category, and for the good category there were 12 students while in the fair category there were 2 students and finally in the poor category there were 3 students. And the increase in learning outcomes can be seen in the achievement of completeness obtained by students. The average pre-cycle score was 61 with a percentage of 38%. After implementing cycle I the average score increased to 63 with a completion percentage of 46% and further increased in cycle II with an average score of 72 with a percentage of 80%.

The results of the research show that the educational principles applied by the caliph Abu Bakr were almost the same as the educational principles applied during the time of the prophet and developed rapidly during the time of the islamic caliphs. Umar bin Khatab was followed by the caliph Usman bin Affan, but the policies and pedagogy used underwent major changes.

The study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN Purisemanding 1 Jombang. The Focus of the study covers three main aspects, namely: (1) Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum, (2) constraints in the implantation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning, (3) efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with daya collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants involved in this study included the prinical, deputy curriculum, PAI Teachers, and Student. The data obtained were analyzed using data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study showed that: (1) planning the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning was carried out by upgrading teacher skills by participating in training; implementation of learning began learning whith greetings an prayers, learning refers to learning Modules, learning refers ti the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method; evaluation was carried oud using formative assessment and summative assessment. (2) the obstacles faced were limited book facilities and learning media, and different student understandings. (3) efforts made to overcome the obstacles that occur include providing oral questions and daily tests, and forming study groups.

Although the scent of radicalism has been smelled since the beginning of the Reformation, research by the Setara Institute and the Wahid Institute-LSI on the exposure of millennial youth to radical extremist ideology still surprises us. In this study, the author will examine how moderate Islamic marketing strategies among millennials use library research and focus group discussion methods. The location of this research is Lamongan City because Lamongan has a special characteristic related to transnational radicalism-extremism movements. Lamongan needs to be re-detected, considering that the millennial generation who grew up in Lamongan City has a very strong habit of using the internet and participating in social religious activities through the internet and mosques and Rohis-Rohis at school. This study will focus on examining the millennial generation in Lamongan City. In the moderate Islamic marketing strategy among millennials, there are several aspects that can be optimized including an integrated curriculum for moderate Islamic education, strengthening the identity of moderate Islamic groups, moderating Islamic narratives on social media, and compiling a political vision for moderate Islamic groups.

This study is titled "The Influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for iPhones among FEB UMJ Students." The research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Brand Image on the purchase decisions for iPhones among FEB UMJ students. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consists of FEB UMJ students who use iPhones. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 80 respondents determined using the Slovin formula for FEB UMJ students who use iPhones. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software. Data collection techniques involved distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to FEB UMJ students who use iPhones. The results of the study show that the Celebrity Endorser variable has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, with a significance result of 0.002 in the hypothesis test. The title of this research is The Effect of Structure and Grammar Mastery on Students’ Writing Skill. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of structure and grammar mastery on students’ writing skill, the effect of structure mastery on students’ writing skill, and the effect of grammar mastery on students’ writing skill. The total sample of this research is 60 (sixty) students by using samole – random sampling. This research conducted at SMK RISE Kedawung, Cirebon. To collect the data, the students were given 50 (fifty) questions about structure and grammar in the multiple choice. The result of this research indicated that: 1) There are significant effect of structure and grammar mastery on students’ writing skill. It is proved by the Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and the value Fo = 92.124. 2) There is a significant effect of structure mastery on students’ writing skill. It is proved by the Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and value of to = 2.128. 3) There is significant influence of grammar mastery on students’ writing skill. It is proved by the Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of to = 10.481. It can be said that the students’ writing skill at SMK RISE Kedawung, Cirebon is significally effect by structure and grammar mastery. The suggestion in this research was the students should be learning more seriously to overcome the errors or mistake of writing skill, the students have to get more motivation, study hard, practice always everytime and everyday.

The Umayyad Dynasty was the first Islamic empire, and independence in various aspects, including economic self-sufficiency, was essential to achieve the welfare of society and ensure the dynasty’s continuity. Throughout its long period of rule, the Umayyad Dynasty was led by 14 caliphs, each with their unique leadership style. However, only three of these caliphs succeeded in bringing the Umayyad Dynasty to its peak: Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan, Abdul Malik bin Marwan, and Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Economic growth increased during the reign of the Umayyads compared to previous periods. The economic improvements that brought prosperity to the people of this dynasty were a direct result of the caliphs’ policies, supported by public participation. This study aims to understand the economic concepts implemented by Muslims during the Umayyad era. Using a library research method with a descriptive-analytical and qualitative approach, the study reviews the concept of “property law” through related articles. The analysis shows that during the Umayyad period, the economy grew more rapidly than in previous times, with prosperity resulting from the policies of the caliphs, particularly Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan, Abdul Malik bin Marwan, and Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Their policies, along with the support of the public, played a crucial role in the economic growth of the Umayyad era. Changes in Islamic life occurred swiftly, encompassing various fields of knowledge such as religion, architecture, science, technology, and economics.

The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The total sample was 155 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. Data was collected through questionnaires. The partial research results of minimum investment capital and investment motivation have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market. Meanwhile, understanding has an insignificant positive effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market. Simultaneously, minimum investment capital, investment understanding, and investment motivation have a significant effect on students' investment interest in investing in the capital market.

The results are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective digital marketing strategies through the YouTube platform. The findings of this study are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective digital marketing strategies that are in accordance with the trends of young consumer behavior. This study concludes that the role of influencers and YouTube social media has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Samsung A Series HP in South Tangerang. Partially, influencers who are effective in explaining products can increase consumer purchasing interest, as well as social media that provides good information. In addition, simultaneously, the combination of the role of influencers and social media contributes significantly to encouraging consumer purchasing decisions for the product.

This paper discusses conflict between and within religions occurring during the pandemic. The government’s regulation on closing public spaces, including houses of worship, has led all religious groups to perform and to do their worship from home. However, it is oftentimes disobeyed; some rituals and worships are believed to require a number of people to get involved in, including Jumah prayer which belongs to Islamic tradition and Ibadah Minggu which belongs to Christianity. The result shows that conflict that leads to violence often occurs in the process of reinforcing the regulation where mostly the rule-breakers act as the offenders. Yet, in some occasions, the Islamic tradition is generally treated in an exclusive manner. This paper also examines the best strategy to resolve religious conflict and to build peace as well as to prevent such conflict to happen yet another time in the future – that is, through dialogue accompanied by religious rituals and symbols.

The library method in this study was carried out by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing various relevant written sources, such as books, scientific journals, research articles, and academic reports that discuss theories of adolescent development and the effectiveness of counseling in improving mental and social well-being of adolescents, in order to formulate evidence-based recommendations regarding best practices in counseling for adolescents. Effective counseling plays an important role in helping adolescents deal with physical and emotional changes during their transition. This program has been shown to improve self-understanding, reduce anxiety and depression levels, and develop emotional management skills through relaxation techniques and open communication. In addition, counseling also contributes to improving adolescents' social skills, so that they are more confident in interacting with their surroundings.

This research is entitled "The Impact of Independent Commissioners, Company Size, and Return on Assets on the Company Value of Non-Durable Household Products Sub-Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023". The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the impact of independent commissioners, company size, and return on assets on company value. This research design is associative with an associative type. This study uses secondary data. The population of this study is the household products sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023, totaling 11 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling and 6 companies were obtained as research samples. The method used is panel data analysis using Eviews 12 SV. Determination of the model with the chow test, hausman test, lagrange multiplier test, classical assumption test and using the regression equation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The research results show that the council is ndependent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on company value, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company value, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company value, and return on assets has a positive and insignificant effect on company value.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in Tangerang Selatan. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consists of consumers who have purchased Mie Gacoan products in South Tangerang. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents who are Mie Gacoan consumers. The data analysis in this study is conducted using IBM SPSS 21 software. Data collection is carried out through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to Mie Gacoan consumers in Tangerang Selatan. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a partial test significance result of 0.000. Similarly, the service quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a partial test significance value of 0.001. Furthermore, simultaneously, the product quality and service quality variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the F-test result with a significance value of 0.000.

This research aims and focuses on finding out the most dominant leaning styles (visual, auditory and tactile learning styles) at Unklab Adventist Middle School (SMP). This research involved 33 respondents from class VIII B SMP Advent Unklab. The total respondent sampling method was used in this research using a questionnaire as the instrument distributed to the respondents. The questionnaire used in this research, which was adapted from the University of Texas Learning Center (2006), was to find out what learning styles was the most dominant learning styles at SMP Advent Unklab. The results showed that the most dominant learning style is visual learning style (M= 3.57) although it is only slightly different from tactile (M= 3.53), and the last one was auditory (M= 3.47).

The skin is the outermost part of the body that limits it from the human environment. Damage to the skin glands can cause skin disorders, one of which is acne. The bacteria that cause acne are Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Antibiotics are needed to inhibit bacterial growth, but improper use can cause side effects. The purpose of this study was to explore the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract gel preparation of rimbang leaves (solanum torvum swartz) against propionibacterium acnes bacteria. This research method is with an experimental quantitative approach. The stages of the study include screening of powdered simplicia and ethanol extract, Formulation of gel preparations without test materials and ethanol extract of rimbang leaves (EEDR) 10%, 20%, 30%, Evaluation tests of the preparations include: organoleptic, homogeneity, stability, adhesion, spreadability, viscosity, pH, irritation, and preference. Then the antibacterial activity test uses the well method. The results showed that the screening results on powdered simplicia and ethanol extract met the physical quality requirements of secondary metabolite compounds. The results of the antibacterial activity of EEDR 30% bacterial inhibition diameter of 14.33 ± 8.72. EEDR 20% produced a bacterial inhibition diameter of 12 ± 11.4. EEDR 10% produced a bacterial inhibition diameter of 10.67 ± 8.70. While the blank produced a bacterial inhibition diameter of 6.33 ± 3.26. From this study it can be concluded that the preparation of ethanol extract gel of rimbang leaves has inhibitory activity against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria.

Implementation of Parole in Prisoner Development in Correctional Institutions (Case Study at Class 1 Correctional Institution Surabaya)

Parole is one of the mechanisms in the criminal justice system that aims to reintegrate prisoners into society before their sentence ends, with certain conditions. This study aims to examine the implementation of parole in Class 1 Correctional Institution Surabaya, focusing on implementation and its challenges. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with an empirical juridical approach involving observation, in-depth interviews with inmates and prison officers, and analysis of related documents. The study results show that the implementation of parole in the Class 1 Prison in Surabaya has been going well and by applicable regulations. However, this study also found several obstacles, such as the absence of a guarantor as a condition for the implementation of parole, community resistance, the unpreparedness of the inmates themselves, and the factor of administrative completeness. In conclusion, although parole in the Class 1 Prison in Surabaya has been running well and its implementation has been in accordance with applicable regulations, its implementation requires improvements in terms of socialization to the guarantor and the community, and coordination between institutions is further improved. The recommendations of this study are increased training for prison officers, increased cooperation with community organizations, and the formulation of policies that are more supportive of the parole program.

The purpose of this study was to find out how young Chinese ethnic groups fight stereotypes that exist in indigenous ethnic communities. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely observation, participation, and interviews. This study uses a study of the Symbolic Interaction theory which has 3 elements, namely Mind, Self, and Society. The results of the study show the efforts of the Chinese Ethnic Group in the Vijendrasaddha Remaja Vihara Cagasasana association, in dealing with negative stereotypes given by indigenous ethnic groups, namely conducting social services and inviting cooperation between ethnic groups.

Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this research analyzes the literature discussing the role of school principals in integrating values of tolerance and religious moderation. The findings indicate that school principals can instill tolerance values through inclusive policies, build a curriculum based on religious moderation, create a harmonious school environment, and serve as role models for moderate attitudes. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of education in Indonesia and support efforts to create a more tolerant and harmonious society.

During this time, adolescents often face identity confusion, anxiety, depression, and challenges in establishing healthy relationships with peers and parents. Thus, a sensitive and comprehensive approach is necessary to help them navigate these challenges. One such approach is the empathetic approach, introduced by Carl Rogers (1951) within the framework of humanistic therapy. Empathy, according to Rogers, involves understanding another person's feelings without judgment, and in the context of adolescents, it entails listening attentively, respecting their experiences, and providing a non-judgmental space for identity exploration. Research has shown that this empathetic approach can significantly benefit adolescents by enhancing their psychological well-being, improving their ability to manage stress, and fostering healthy interpersonal relationships. This article discusses the importance of empathy in supporting adolescents through various psychological issues, such as identity confusion, emotional fluctuations, peer pressure, bullying, and academic stress. The article also explores relevant theories, including Carl Rogers' Client-Centered Theory, Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence, Paul Ekman’s Emotion Expression Theory, and Urie Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory. Furthermore, strategies for implementing an empathetic approach, such as active listening, providing emotional expression space, and avoiding judgment, are discussed. Understanding of religion is influenced by the paradigm used by each person. So far, there are three paradigms that have developed among Indonesian Muslim intellectuals in particular, namely the theocentric Islamic paradigm, the theoanthropocentric Islamic paradigm and the anthropocentric Islamic paradigm. Each paradigm is based on a different method of reasoning with reference to the fundamental question, whether religion is a divine taklif or a human right. With the aim of critically analyzing the three paradigms and offering a new paradigm in understanding religion, this paper utilizes Abdul Karim Soros's taklif and human rights theory and the maqasyidi interpretation theory to analyze the verses of the Qur'an. The method of critical appreciation thinking is used to compile the framework of this paper. The results of the study show that Islam through its holy book is a holy book that is oriented towards the interests and welfare of humans, both in the world and in the hereafter. However, this welfare must remain bound by the holy book, although it does not mean completely rejecting the welfare that is born from humans as long as it does not conflict with the maqasyid of the holy book.

Implementation of the Role of Correctional Guardians in the Development of Assisted Citizens in Correctional Institutions (Case Study at Class I Correctional Institutions in Surabaya)

According to the Police, most criminal incidents in Indonesia occurred at night, with 15,703 incidents, 15,501 criminal incidents during the day, and 15,501 crimes in the afternoon. Efforts to overcome social deviation include providing harsh sanctions, improving public relations, and facilitating reintegration to create a deterrent effect for perpetrators of social deviation. To overcome the increase in the number of inmates in correctional institutions, correctional guardians are needed to foster inmates to become better individuals when they return to society. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach in which direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires will be carried out. The results of this study stated that many yiang fostered the Class I Institution of Surabaya has provided programs to educate the inmates. However, the role of guardians carried out by guardians does not all go well; there are still obstacles and handling problems that are not immediately responded to, so the inmates feel inadequate in the services received.

Fostering Independence for Correctional Assisted Residents as One of the Requirements for Getting Remission and Parole in Class I Prison Surabaya

The program's objectives include allowing inmates to interact with fellow inmates during their sentences and preparing them for reintegration into society. However, this independence development program has experienced several obstacles due to the prison conditions exceeding capacity. The purpose of this research is to find out the prison's independence development program and how the process of fulfilling the rights of prisoners is. The research method with a problem approach is carried out using a normative juridical method with the source of the Law of the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections. The data analysis used is a qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the Class I Correctional Institution of Surabaya has implemented the inmate development program (especially the development of independence). In addition to increasing knowledge and expertise in the field of skills, participating in prisoner independence coaching is a requirement to be able to obtain prisoner rights. However, the coaching held is still constrained by the overcapacity of residents and the ability of trainers to provide coaching; besides that, qualified facilities and infrastructure are still not used effectively due to the limitations of the existing situation, conditions, and places. With the results of this research, it is hoped that it can add insight and can be used as evaluation material for Surabaya Class 1 Prison.

It is closely related to the Coaching of Prisoners in the Class I Correctional Institution of Surabaya. This study aims the application of sanctions for correctional inmates who violate discipline in Class I Correctional Institution Surabaya. In this study, the method used is qualitative. The results of the study show that the application of sanctions for inmates who violate the provisions of the code of conduct is in the form of minor violations, moderate violations, and severe violations. The imposition of sanctions is applied to all Correctional Assisted Citizens in the Prison to improve and educate Correctional Assisted Citizens who violate the provisions of the Correctional Institution. The imposition of sanctions is carried out in a structured manner and based on applicable rules. Still, there are sanctions given by the conditions in the field for the effectiveness of the sanctions to cause a deterrent effect on violators. Factors that affect the process of imposing sanctions include the level of violations, the attitude and behavior of the inmates, and the factors of the Correctional Institution itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of customer satisfaction in moderating the influence of service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire as its instrument. The respondents of this study were 160 respondents who used e-commerce in the Jabodetabek area. The sampling process used a nonprobability sampling technique using a quantitative approach that was associative using primary data. The method used was the PLS-SEM method with WARP-PLS 7.0 as its software. These results indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction moderates the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty significantly, although with a small moderation contribution, thus the customer satisfaction variable can be said to be a Quasi Moderation. And Customer satisfaction is unable to moderate Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty but is significant when used as a direct variable, so from this the customer satisfaction variable can be called Pure Moderation.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become integral to various sectors; however, public understanding of this technology remains limited. This study explores the roles of government, educational organizations, and the community in enhancing AI's understanding and ethical implementation. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through a survey of 300 respondents, in-depth interviews with 15 officials and representatives from educational organizations, and focus group discussions with 30 participants. Results indicate that only 30% of respondents feel adequately informed about AI applications, while government policies lack clear regulations. Community involvement in education-based programs has effectively reduced the negative stigma associated with AI. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration among all stakeholders to create a supportive environment for AI implementation. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing more effective policies and educational programs related to AI in the future.

Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to gain insights into the effectiveness of leadership and marketing in a philanthropic organization. The findings reveal that the manager applies transformational and situational leadership styles, which motivate the team, enhance loyalty, and encourage target achievement. Relationship-based marketing competencies and integrated communication strategies significantly contribute to maintaining donor trust and raising public awareness about LAZISMU programs. In conclusion, the combination of inspirational leadership and effective marketing strategies directly supports the annual target achievement of LAZISMU Wonogiri. Recommendations from this study include the importance of continuous training in nonprofit leadership and marketing to improve organizational performance.

The inmate visit service is very effective in contributing to reducing the crime rate and improving public safety. As a forum for coaching, protecting and guiding inmates, correctional institutions hold a great responsibility to fulfill the goals of corrections. One of them is the fulfillment of the right to visit prisoners. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal provisions and how to implement the inmate visit service in the Class I Surabaya Correctional Institution. The method used in this study is through a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was taken through interviews with visiting officers, inmates and related parties, as well as by direct observation at the Surabaya Class I Correctional Institution. In addition, analysis of documents and related literature is also used to support the findings of the research. The results of the study show that the fulfillment of the right to visit services for inmates still faces various challenges. Factors such as relatively complicated administrative requirements policies, lack of adequate facilities, as well as lack of resources. This study also found several recommendations to improve the fulfillment of the right to visit services for inmates. Measures such as the formulation of clear and firm policies, the improvement of adequate visiting facilities, and the increase of understanding and awareness of visiting officers and other related parties regarding the importance of fulfilling the rights of prisoners are needed.

The development of the digital era presents opportunities and challenges in the integration of Islamic values in education, especially in Islamic educational institutions. This study focuses on MAN 1 Blora as a case study to explore the application of Islamic values in a technology-based curriculum. The main objective of this study is to examine the strategy of integrating Islamic values in the curriculum in the digital era and to identify the challenges and solutions faced. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, with data validation using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that MAN 1 Blora has succeeded in integrating Islamic values through a digital technology-based curriculum. Teachers utilize various platforms such as Google Classroom, YouTube, and social media to deliver Islamic material in an interesting and relevant way. In addition, digital-based habituation programs, such as online tadarus and Islamic literacy, also strengthen students' character building. However, there are significant challenges, including limited access to technology for some students and exposure to negative digital content that requires more intensive guidance from teachers. The discussion shows that digital technology provides a great opportunity to strengthen Islamic values, but requires a holistic approach involving infrastructure improvements, teacher training, and the development of interactive Islamic media. In conclusion, the integration of Islamic values in the education curriculum in the digital era provides a significant contribution in forming an Islamic generation with strong character. MAN 1 Blora is a real example of the adaptation of Islamic educational institutions to the development of the times without abandoning Islamic values.

This study found that MTS AL-Husna Rahmat succeeded in improving financial transparency through the implementation of a computer-based accounting system that allows for accurate and efficient recording and reporting. Regular meetings with parents are also an important mechanism for openness of information and providing input related to fund management. Although there are challenges in training financial staff, routine training every three months has succeeded in overcoming technical obstacles. Quarterly financial reports and structured document storage demonstrate the school's commitment to transparency. Overall, the involvement of parents and a transparent system increase public trust in fund management at MTS AL-Husna Rahmat.

This study aims to describe the communication strategies applied by teachers in an effort to improve the digital literacy skills of grade 5 students. In this study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers use a variety of effective communication strategies in teaching digital literacy, including the use of digital media, interactive approaches and providing constructive feedback. These strategies enable students to be engaged and active in the learning process, as well as improve their understanding and skills in digital literacy. This finding is in line with Joseph A. Devito's theory of interpersonal communication, which states that effective interpersonal communication is characterized by several features, namely openness, empathy, support, positivity and equality. Teachers at SDN 01 Cisangu demonstrate these traits in their interactions with students, which helps to create a supportive and effective learning environment. Teachers' openness in conveying information and listening to students, empathy in understanding students' needs and difficulties, support and positivity in providing constructive feedback all contribute to improving students' digital literacy.

This study aims to analyze the impact of blockchain technology on the transparency and security of financial reports. Involving surveys and documentation studies on companies that have implemented blockchain technology, this study found that the implementation of blockchain significantly improves the transparency and security of financial reports. The results of the analysis show that blockchain provides a clear audit trail, reduces the possibility of data manipulation, and improves data protection. In addition, this study also identified a decrease in fraud incidents after blockchain implementation. However, challenges such as regulatory barriers, limited human resources, and high initial costs were also identified. The recommendations of this study include investment in education and training on blockchain and collaboration with regulators to develop a legal framework that supports the use of this technology. Thus, this study provides useful insights for academics, accounting practitioners, and policymakers in understanding the impact of blockchain technology on modern financial reporting practices. This study aims to analyze how the preparation of the APBN can be in line with maqashid sharia, as well as explore the role of Islamic economics and Islamic banking in supporting a more inclusive and equitable fiscal policy. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes related literature and fiscal policy in Indonesia, as well as examples of the application of sharia principles in state financial management exemplified by Umar bin Khattab. Students are a group that is vulnerable to mental health disorders due to various factors. Research on mental health issues was conducted on 24 students of the communication science study program using an in-depth interview method. The results of the study showed that most students are aware of the importance of maintaining mental health, and they believe that the closest environment such as family and friends, as well as the use of social media have an influence on a person's mental health condition. Implementing a healthy lifestyle and an attitude of self-love are also believed to be the best way to avoid mental health disorders.

This study examines the role of PPAT and Notaries in the digital transformation of land certificates in Gunungkidul Regency, triggered by the issuance of Minister of ATR/Ka BPN Regulation No. 1 of 2021 on Electronic Certificates. The regulation's implementation is phased and has not been uniformly applied across Indonesia, including in Gunungkidul Regency. The study aims to explore the urgency of PPAT and Notaries' roles, obstacles encountered in the digital transformation process, and its implications from a State Administrative Law perspective. Using a combination of normative and empirical legal methods, the research employed qualitative descriptive analysis and normative analysis techniques. Data collection was conducted at the Wonosari District PPAT Office, the INI Wonosari Office, and the ATR/BPN Gunungkidul Regency Office. The findings highlight that PPAT and Notaries play essential roles in electronic certificate verification, electronic processing, creation of land zoning files, and land registration. Electronic certificates enhance data security, validity, and prevent duplication or forgery. However, obstacles such as limited human resource competence, inadequate office infrastructure, unintegrated data, and the need for document formalization hinder optimal implementation. External challenges include public unfamiliarity with digital technology and device ownership limitations. From the perspective of State Administrative Law, PPAT and Notarial deeds are formalized under civil law, not public law, and are not classified as unilateral acts (beschikking). This is confirmed by court decisions, including Decision No. 22/PUT.TUN/1993/PTUN.SBY and Decision No. 34 PK/TUN/2001, which clarify that such deeds cannot be disputed in State Administrative Court

This study examines the implementation of legal protection for OSH at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) Unit Dieng, focusing on the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, compliance with labor regulations, and workplace risk management. PT Geo Dipa Energi enforces various safety measures, including HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) mandatory procedures, OSH training programs, and social security coverage through BPJS Employment and BPJS Health. The findings indicate that the company’s OSH management aligns with national regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001. However, several challenges persist, including a lack of discipline in using personal protective equipment (PPE), potential exposure to toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), high noise levels from machinery, and inadequate ventilation. These factors pose significant risks to workers’ health and productivity. To address these challenges, PT Geo Dipa Energi has implemented the Hazard Observation (OrBa) program, which encourages employees to actively identify and report workplace hazards. This initiative aims to foster a stronger safety culture and enhance proactive risk management. Teuku Umar Barat – Gunung Salak Street Intersection is one of the intersections that serves high traffic movement in the West Denpasar area. The problems that occur at the intersection are traffic congestion with high delays, especially during rush hours. To improve the performance of the intersection so that efficiency and smooth traffic flow can be achieved, a study was conducted with the aim of regulating traffic management in the intersection area with a one-way flow circulation pattern. Analysis of the performance of the section and intersection in existing conditions and the planned scenario using MKJI 1997, there are two alternative traffic managements, namely Alternative 1: Diverting Traffic Movement on the North and South Legs (North Gunung Salak Street – South Gunung Salak Street) multi-program traffic signal arrangements. Alternative 2: Diverting Traffic Movement on the East and South Legs (West Teuku Umar Street – South Gunung Salak Street) with traffic signal arrangements. The results of the analysis show that Alternative 2 is the best solution to reduce the amount of delays and increase the capacity and level of service at the Teuku Umar Barat – Jalan Gunung Salak intersection.

In recent years, technological developments have opened up new opportunities to improve the effectiveness of emergency police services. One technology that has taken center stage is the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT allows physical objects around us to connect and communicate with each other, opening up opportunities to create smart solutions in various fields, including emergency services. In this context, the Haversine method becomes relevant due to its ability to calculate the distance between two geographic coordinate points by considering the curvature of the earth's surface. The problem often encountered is the slow response and inaccuracy in determining the location of emergency events, especially in complex or remote areas often increasing the risk of public safety. The goal is to measure the effectiveness of the application in improving the speed and accuracy of response to emergency situations. This study uses a quantitative research design to develop and evaluate an IoT-based police emergency service application using the Haversine method. Based on the survey, the most widely used social media by internet users in Indonesia aged 16-64 years is WhatsApp (90.9%), followed by Instagram (85.3%), Facebook (81.6%), TikTok (73.5%). The results of manual calculations show the same results as the results of the closest distance search conducted by the application, namely that the location of the nearest police post/police to Citra Bangsa University is Kupang City Police Station.

In this study, the psychology of religion is understood as the science that examines the impact of religion on an individual's psychological development, including in the aspects of morality and ethics. The formation of Islamic character in the youth can be carried out through an integrative approach, combining the principles of psychology with Islamic values. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing literature and case studies related to the psychology of religion and Islamic education in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the application of psychology of religion in education can form a strong Islamic character by instilling moral values in accordance with Islamic teachings, such as honesty, discipline, and empathy.

However, on the other hand, excessive use of technology can reduce the quality of face-to-face communication, which is important for building emotional closeness. Studi Sains: Analisis Eksperimental IC XL6009 pada Boost Konveter DC – DC

This research aims to evaluate the performance of a boost converter based on the XL6009 IC through a series of experimental tests with variations in the input voltage. The boost converter circuit design is made with main components such as inductors, capacitors, Schottky diodes, and feedback resistors to regulate the output voltage level. The test was carried out by providing an input voltage of 2.6 V, 2.7 V, 2.8 V, and 2.9 V, followed by measuring the resulting output voltage. The results of the tests show that the circuit successfully increases the input voltage to a higher level, producing output voltages of 7.93 V, 9.37 V, 10.63 V, and 11.57 V respectively. The voltage increase ratio is in the range of 3 to 4 times, which reflects consistent performance and is in line with the attributes of the boost converter. Additional analysis shows that the circuit design can be refined to increase efficiency and reduce voltage fluctuations. The findings of this study prove that the XL6009 IC is a useful component for boost converter applications in various power electronic systems, such as portable power sources, renewable energy systems, and battery charging.

Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this study explores the subjective experiences of teenagers in using a second account as a tool to display a more honest and liberating self-image. The study shows that a second account not only functions as protection from social pressure, but also becomes a useful medium for building self-confidence, building closer relationships with small social circles, and exploring various aspects of one's identity. In a broader context, this phenomenon reflects changes in the behavior of social media users who increasingly need private space in the digital world. This data was obtained through the ‘Grave Torture’ movie. Through a reflective approach, this film reflects various forms of social messages that occur in society, especially those who are Muslim. This research is motivated by the rapid development of the times, where sellers must adapt to the digital advancements of the internet in the online-based sales process. One of the platforms used to sell products online is the shopee marketplace. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of marketing public relations in establishing effective communication to promote products on the shopee marketplace through the MJE Online Shop account. This study employs a qualitative approach with the content analysis method, and data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews with three informants. The research findings, verified using the 4P and AIDA theories, indicate that the role of marketing public relations in price-strikethrough discount promotions shows a strong positive correlation between marketing public relations and promotion. Promotions attract consumers due to more economical prices and the convenience of purchasing their needs at affordable costs. These findings suggest that the role of marketing public relations can serve as a strategic tool for sellers on the Shopee marketplace to enhance their competitiveness and increase product sales.

This study aims to identify and analyze the meaning of moral messages in RJL 5 YouTube content by Fajar Aditya, especially in the episode “Lost 3 Days on Mount Slamet”. In the digital era, media such as YouTube plays an important role in conveying educational and entertainment values. This episode attracts attention because it tells a true story with deep moral messages, such as the importance of preparation before climbing, awareness of safety, teamwork, and mental toughness in emergency situations. The research used a semiotic analysis method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques of direct observation of the selected video content, supported by Roland Barthes' semiotic theory and moral communication theory to reveal the meaning of the narrative and visuals. The results show that this episode contains strong moral messages about the importance of permission from parents when going on a trip, preparation in climbing, patience, and mental resilience in dealing with extreme situations such as getting lost in the wild. This content is not only entertaining but also provides valuable learning, and is expected to encourage creators to pay attention to moral and educational aspects in the works presented. This research also contributes to communication studies in understanding the role of digital media as a means of conveying moral values.

Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) in Indonesia emphasize the teachings of early scholars found in kitab kuning, which are based on the principles of Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah. These texts cover subjects such as fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), aqidah (creed), tasawwuf (Sufism), and linguistic sciences like nahwu (grammar), sharaf (morphology), language, and balaghah (rhetoric). Books like Jurmiyah, Imrithi, and Alfiyah are commonly used for learning nahwu and sharaf. As an innovation, Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri, through Batartama, developed the instructional book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum to help students better understand and read the kitab kuning. Based on this background, the researcher proposes the following research questions: 1) How does the study group method using Al-Miftah Lil Ulum improve the quality standards of students' ability to read the kitab kuning from the perspective of behaviorist learning theory at PP Roudlotut Thohirin? 2). How does the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method serve as a stimulus? 3). What is the form of evaluation for the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method? This research is qualitative, using a case study design. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employs a flow model technique, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate improvements in students' learning outcomes, including better mastery of material, enhanced ability to read kitab kuning, and adherence to proper reading rules. However, challenges in implementing the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method include inadequate facilities and infrastructure as well as a shortage of qualified teaching staff.

The purpose of this study is to determine Rabando Group's digital marketing communication strategy in increasing brand awareness on Instagram. The data collection method in compiling the thesis uses observation, interview, documentation and literature study methods with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely a data analysis method without using statistical analysis. The results of the study show that Rabando Group utilizes the AIDA strategy to increase brand awareness on Instagram. At the Attention stage, the brand attracts the audience's attention with attractive visual content and consistent uploads, making the brand "Top of Mind" in the minds of consumers. The Interest stage is carried out by delivering relevant information via Instagram Story and live, which strengthens brand recall when the audience compares the brand with competitors. At the Desire stage, emotional storytelling and highlighting product benefits support brand recognition, making it easier for the audience to recognize the brand through its unique characteristics. The Action stage utilizes effective CTAs and a simple purchasing process to convert unaware of brand audiences into potential consumers, thereby expanding marketing reach and increasing brand awareness.

This research aims to analyze the application of the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model in the promotion of the perfume product "Untitled Humans Aroma 02" by HMNS via Instagram. The campaign attracts attention with a striking visual design, generates interest through collaboration with Maliq & D’Essentials, creates desire with an exclusive approach, and drives action through an interactive call to choose a product launch date. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a content analysis approach. Data was obtained from direct observation of promotional campaigns uploaded to the official HMNS Instagram account. Analysis was carried out based on the AIDA model to evaluate the effectiveness of each promotional stage in creating audience engagement and encouraging purchasing decisions. The research results show that promotions via Instagram are successful in attracting attention through aesthetic visuals and relevant messages. The strategic collaboration with Maliq & D'Essentials succeeded in increasing audience interest, especially music fans. Consumer desires are strengthened by the concept of product launches that involve the audience through voting, creating a sense of participation. Additionally, a clear, direct call to action encourages the audience to take immediate action. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the AIDA model to promotions on Instagram has proven effective in increasing engagement and encouraging purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in utilizing the @kankeranakindonesia Instagram account to maintain the reputation of the Indonesian Child Cancer Foundation using descriptive qualitative research methods and public relations theory. The results showed that the role of public relations in managing the Instagram account is very important to maintain the foundation's reputation, as well as ensuring transparency and accountability in its activities. Public relations is directly involved in managing the uploaded content, as well as interacting with the public through comment sections and direct messages (DM). In addition, PR also plays a role in handling issues that arise on the platform so as not to negatively impact the foundation's reputation. Nonetheless, this study found that there are barriers to implementation, especially related to misunderstandings in the delivery of information between internal parties within the foundation.

Pengembangan E-Modul An-Nur dengan Menggunakan Book Creator untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and attractiveness of e-module learning media by using book creators in the SKI subject of Sunan Kudus Class VI material. The type of research used is research and development (R&D). The development model uses the ADDIE development model adopted in Robert Maribe Brach. Media eligibility is based on the results of validation and media attractiveness based on student pre-test and Post-test results and media attractiveness response questionnaires. The effectiveness of the e-module was tested with nonequivalent control group design and t-test with SPSS program. The results showed that the results of media validation got a score of 85.45%, the results of material validation got a score of 91.30% with very feasible criteria, and the response of media attractiveness for students got a score of 80.87% with interesting criteria. Based on the t-test, a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the An-Nur e-Module using Book Creator on improving student learning result. The improvement in student learning result can be seen in the paired samples statistics table that the experimental class pre-test score is 58.61 and the experimental class Post-test is 84.52, and (5) the experimental class Post-test results are 84.52 and the control class Post-test group is 75.82. Thus, that the level of learning result among students with An-Nur e-Module is higher than students with conventional learning

The research focuses on identifying character values relevant to adolescent education, especially in the modern era's moral challenges. Utilizing a library research method, this study finds that Al Ghalayaini’s character values such as sincerity, patience, hope, courage, a love of reading, nationalism, and trustworthiness align with the character education concepts developed by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education. However, differences are noted in the educational approach, where Al Ghalayaini employs a more traditional method, while the Ministry emphasizes active learner participation. This study provides new insights into the importance of integrating spiritual, moral, and nationalist values in shaping young generations to address globalization's challenges.

This research examines the application of Sharia economic law in the Islamic banking system in Indonesia, focusing on regulatory and ethical aspects. Through a qualitative approach that utilizes literature studies, regulatory document analysis, and case studies of several Islamic banks, this research aims to identify how the principles of Islamic economics are translated into banking practices as well as the challenges and opportunities faced. The research results indicate that the application of the principles of justice, transparency, and the prohibition of usury positively contributes to customer trust and the stability of the financial system, although there are still challenges related to the synchronization of regulations and the consistent interpretation of Sharia principles.

Given the large potential of fish resources available in the country's waters, there is interest and desire from various parties to develop and participate in ways that are not in accordance with the code of ethics. The practice of fishing without accountability for the interests of certain individuals or groups can be contrary to government regulations, especially those set by the Indonesian Government. This study aims to determine the categories of actions that are included in the crime of Illegal Fishing and law enforcement against illegal fishing as reviewed from the perspective of criminal law. The research method uses a normative legal method, which applies normative case mapping involving the results of legal actions, as well as an analysis of government regulations that apply a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that law enforcement against illegal fishing practices in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) will be carried out in accordance with the principles of international law as stipulated in Article 73(1) of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) which was later ratified by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 1985 concerning Ratification of the United Nations Agreement on the Law of the Sea United Nations Convention On The Law Of The Sea (UNCLOS). This article emphasizes the authority of the coastal state to investigate, arrest, and prosecute foreign vessels that commit violations in the EEZ.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic education in the Scout Movement activities at the IAIN Palopo Campus. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Racana Pramuka members, instructors, and extracurricular lecturers. The results of the study indicate that the Scout Movement is a strategic medium in shaping the religious, leadership, and social character of students. Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, brotherhood, and religious moderation are integrated through various scouting activities, both in the form of routine training, field activities, and leadership training programs. The Islamic education implemented is holistic and contextual, making Scouting an effective non-formal educational medium in an Islamic college environment. These findings recommend the importance of strengthening synergy between Scout instructors, lecturers, and institutions in designing more adaptive scouting programs based on Islamic values.

The primary issue explored is how lawyers execute their duties and responsibilities to uphold legal justice for clients, despite various challenges encountered in Indonesia's legal system. This study stems from the growing need for lawyers to proactively defend clients' rights in both litigation and non-litigation contexts, as well as their vital position as upholders of the rule of law. Employing a normative juridical approach, the research concludes that lawyers play a pivotal role in reinforcing law enforcement and facilitating access to justice for the public. Military sea training has a crucial role in increasing the professionalism of soldiers and the operational readiness of the Military Seaborne Command (Kolinlamil). However, the effectiveness of these exercises still faces various challenges, including limited resources, lack of realism in training scenarios, as well as obstacles in the use of technology and coordination between units. This research aims to explore how maritime training can be optimized to increase Kolinlamil's competence and readiness in facing dynamic and complex threats. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection through direct observation and in-depth interviews with soldiers, unit commanders and military strategists. The collected data was then analyzed through coding, categorization, and interpretation to identify the main themes that emerged. The research results show that although maritime exercises have contributed to improving soldiers' technical skills, there is still an urgent need to improve the realism of the exercises, increase the use and training of technology, and strengthen coordination between units. Thus, optimizing military sea training is necessary to increase Kolinlamil's operational readiness, so that it is able to respond to various threats more effectively and efficiently.

Pengaruh Pembinaan Latihan Fisik Jasmani Guna Meningkatkan Kemampuan Militer Perorangan Dalam Menjamin Kesiapan Tugas Operasional TNI

Physical training is a key element in improving individual military capabilities to ensure the TNI's operational task readiness. With the heavy physical and mental demands of many military operations, it is important to ensure that physical training programs are designed and implemented effectively. This research aims to evaluate the effect of physical training on individual military abilities. The method used was quantitative involving 50 respondents from various military units. The research instrument includes a questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability. The validity test results show that all question items are valid, with an item-total correlation value between 0.68 to 0.85, and a Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.87 for the physical training development variable and 0.82 for individual military ability, indicating high reliability. Linear regression analysis produces a non-standardized regression coefficient of 0.45 and a Beta of 0.60, with a t value of 4.50 and a significance of 0.000, indicating a significant influence of physical training on military capability. The regression coefficient test also revealed an F value of 20.00 with a p-value of 0.000, confirming the significance of the overall regression model. These findings indicate that physical training training programs significantly increase soldiers' endurance, strength, and mental readiness, supporting their effectiveness in carrying out military duties.

In the context of joint operations within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the success of missions is heavily influenced by the competence and discipline of intelligence personnel. The Kodam Jaya intelligence unit faces challenges related to the effectiveness of its analytical skills, procedural compliance, and coordination with operational units. These challenges potentially hinder the overall effectiveness of joint operations. This study aims to evaluate how the competence and work discipline of Kodam Jaya's intelligence personnel affect the success of joint TNI operations. The research seeks to identify weaknesses in analytical skills, procedural adherence, and communication, and provide recommendations for improvement. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations of intelligence personnel during joint operations. Secondary data included operational documents and existing literature on military intelligence. Data were analyzed using a systematic qualitative approach, involving coding, categorization, and interpretation to derive meaningful insights. The analysis revealed significant gaps in the analytical competencies of intelligence personnel, affecting the accuracy and effectiveness of data processing and decision-making. Procedural compliance was inconsistent, leading to breaches and operational risks. Communication and coordination between intelligence and operational units were often ineffective, impeding timely responses to threats. Practical experience was found to be crucial for performance, yet many personnel lacked adequate experience in joint operations. Motivation and work ethics varied, impacting the overall quality of intelligence tasks. The study concludes that enhanced training, improved communication systems, and strengthened motivation and ethics are essential for improving the effectiveness of intelligence operations and achieving successful joint missions.

Pengembangan karir perwira di TNI Angkatan Laut (TNI AL) merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan kesiapan dan efektivitas operasional organisasi. Namun, pembinaan personel dan komposisi perwira yang kurang optimal sering kali menjadi hambatan dalam pencapaian karir yang adil dan seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pembinaan personel dan komposisi perwira terhadap pengembangan karir perwira di TNI AL, serta mengidentifikasi strategi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan perwira TNI AL, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dari dokumen resmi dan literatur terkait. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui proses pengkodean, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pembinaan personel masih memerlukan peningkatan, terutama dalam hal penyesuaian dengan kebutuhan spesialisasi dan pangkat. Selain itu, ditemukan ketidakseimbangan dalam komposisi perwira yang menghambat kesempatan promosi yang adil. Keterbatasan posisi dan kebijakan rotasi yang kurang sesuai dengan keahlian perwira juga menjadi tantangan dalam pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perbaikan dalam pembinaan personel dan pengelolaan komposisi perwira sangat penting untuk menciptakan jalur karir yang lebih jelas, adil, dan efektif di TNI AL.

The competence of the commander of the Republic of Indonesia Warship (KRI) in the Fleet Command (Koarmada) structure is very important in facing increasingly complex operational challenges in the Indonesian maritime region. The background to this research is that there is a gap between the required competencies and the abilities possessed by KRI commanders, especially in technical aspects, leadership, decision making and operational coordination. The aim of this research is to identify gaps in the competency of the KRI Koarmada commander and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with KRI commanders, staff officers and related personnel. The collected data was analyzed through coding, categorization and interpretation based on Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). The research results show that although commanders have sufficient basic technical competence, there are deficiencies in mastering new technologies and difficulties in making quick decisions due to limited information. Leadership and team management were also identified as areas that needed improvement, particularly in maintaining team morale and performance under pressure. Coordination across units and with external parties is considered to be still not optimal, and existing training is less relevant to real operational challenges. This research concludes the need for improvements in realistic scenario-based training, improved communications, as well as better intelligence and technological support to strengthen the competence of KRI Koarmada commanders in carrying out maritime operations.

Peran ALKI II dalam Mendukung Keamanan Ibu Kota Nusantara: Tinjauan Strategis dan Pertahanan

ALKI II (Indonesian Archipelago Sea Lane II) is a strategic sea lane connecting the Indian Ocean with the South China Sea and is very important in supporting the security and stability of the newly built Indonesian Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan. However, this region faces various challenges such as illegal maritime activities, limited surveillance technology, and geopolitical dynamics due to foreign military activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of ALKI II in supporting the security of the Indonesian Capital City by identifying the challenges and opportunities in the region. This study uses a qualitative method, with a descriptive analytical approach to relevant secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that although ALKI II faces threats in the form of piracy, smuggling, illegal fishing, and geopolitical influence, opportunities for international cooperation through joint military exercises and improvements in surveillance technology offer significant solutions. In addition, environmental problems such as marine pollution and ecosystem degradation also affect security stability in this region. In conclusion, strengthening international cooperation, modernizing defense technology, and strict environmental policies are key to ensuring that ALKI II can effectively support the security of the Indonesian Capital City.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Analysis of Teacher Needs Planning at SMPN 2 Batu Belah, Siantan Timur District, Anambas Islands Regency. The type of research conducted was mini research, data collection through interviews and observations. Planning for teacher needs at SMPN 2 Batu Belah is crucial to maintain the quality of education. The first problem shows that the shortage of teachers in this school is caused by the number of students studying, limited budget, and lack of teachers with appropriate backgrounds, especially in science and English subjects. Geographical factors and uneven teacher quality affect teacher planning. To overcome this, long-term planning is needed with data-based needs analysis, improving teacher competence through training, and utilizing technology in learning. Collaboration with universities and local government support is essential to ensure effective and sustainable teacher planning.
