Video clips are a means of promotion and expression for those involved in the world of entertainment everywhere, including in Indonesia. The discussion in this research is Ghea Indrawari's video clip, directed by Joshua Axel Limandjaja on the record label Hits Records. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research which uses a communication science approach, specifically focusing on mass communication, one of the objects of research is the video clip in question. Meanwhile, the data collection method used in this research is Ferdinand Saussure's semiotic theory, observation is also of course documentation to strengthen and serve as authentic evidence. Otherwise, the sources for this research also came from the researcher's book, search results from several research supporting articles on confirmed website pages as well as supporting documents both outside the network and on other networks. The next step is that the collected data is immediately analyzed. The results of the analysis are data education regarding the theory used, explanation and conclusions.

The development of the Tijaniyah Order continues to follow the times so that this Order has reached other countries such as Tawau, Malaysia. In this study, the author discusses how the development or internal dynamics of the Tijaniyah Muslim community in Nunukan Regency. The result is that the development of the Tijaniyah Order in Nunukan Regency has been very slow but sure. So that the number of adherents of the Tijaniyah Order in Nunukan Regency is still very small. Because the Tijaniyah Order does not just accept and pay allegiance to someone who still has doubts in his heart. His heart could not yet accept the practices and teachings of the Tijaniyah Order. The practice of dhikr in the Tijaniyah Order educates its members to always be close to Allah both physically and spiritually, so that what is written in the heart and what is said orally, namely dhikr, goes hand in hand continuously and is reflexive. It is meant to resist every ugly scratch in the mind. So as to produce a clear mind, clean from scratches other than Allah. The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the process of formulating the vision and mission, determining programs, setting budgets, determining procedures and the impact on quality at the At-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Junior High School, Surabaya. The research was conducted qualitatively using a case study approach. Data collection techniques: documentary interviews and observation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validity techniques with credibility and confirmability. The results of the research show: (1) the process of formulating the vision and mission: the school has 5 visions, namely the vision of solid faith, good morals, optimal achievement, global insight, and caring for the environment, with details of 3 of the Foundation's visions and 2 of the school's development visions (2) strategy implementation: (a) program determination: prepared by the Al-Qur'an, Islamic, Principal, Infrastructure, Student Affairs, English, Public Relations, Curriculum and national examination divisions. (b) budget determination: sourced from central, regional and foundation assistance, (c) procedure determination: carried out within one year according to the schedule prepared by each division. (3) impact: success of the work program, student achievement and teacher achievement. Conclusion: the vision and mission have been implemented very well as evidenced by the existence of relevant work programs from nine divisions which were developed from the school's mission

Dalam membaca Alquran dengan aturan tajwid yang diwajibkan bagi setiap orang dan tidak bisa diwakilkan oleh orang lain, maka diharuskan untuk mempelajari bagaimana cara membaca Alquran dengan baik dan benar. Al Quran menekankan bahwa kemajuan tidak akan dapat diraih dengan sendirinya dan tidak akan terjelma tanpa aktifitas intelektual manusia. Membaca yang benar harus melalui peran seorang ustadz untuk mewujudkan kesuksesan dalam proses pembelajaran. Seorang ustadz yang melaksanakan tugasnya hanya berdasarkan tradisi tanpa mempertimbangkan keterampilan teoritis maupun teknis akan menimbulkan hasil pembelajaran yang tidak baik. Researchers conducted pre-research on what factors that can employee performance and they obtained the top three aspects, namely work spirit, discipline and compensation. This research aims to determine wheter work spirit and discipline affect the employee performance of PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia. The kind of research that used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique by making all populations 80 people at thermoset section of PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia as the samples. Data collection techniques used are observation, distributing questionnaires and library research. The data analysis method used is data quality test, classic assumption test and test hypothesi. The research was processed using SPSS version 25.0 for windows in T test shows that Work Spirit has a significant effect on employee performance because it has a sig. value 0,000 < 0,005, Discipline has no a significant effect on employee performance because it has a sig. value 0,462 > 0,005, and Compensation has no significant effect on employye performance because it has a sig. value 0,196 > 0,005. As for the F test result has a significant value of 0,000 < 0,005 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously the variables of Work Spirit, Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Character education is a serious effort to understand, form, and foster ethical values. One of the scopes of character education is moral education. In writing this article, the author focuses the study on moral education contained in the verses of the Koran. Based on the study that the author has conducted, there are three themes regarding moral education in the Koran; First, the message to always obey Allah SWT. This message is found in QS. Luqman (31): 13. Second, the message is to always obey your parents. This message is found in QS. Luqman (31): 14. Third, the message is to stay away from arrogance. This message is found in QS. This research is a qualitative study which aims to describe students' problem solving abilities in solving problems related to differential equations. Differential equation questions are limited to material regarding separate and homogeneous differential equations. The subjects in this research were 5th semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program. The instruments used in this research were differential equation questions and interview guidelines. The results of the research show that high category students are able to understand the problem well, which is indicated by students being able to explain well what is meant in the problem. Students are able to plan solutions well, are less able to carry out planning, and based on the results of the interview, the student rechecks the final answer. Low category students are less able to understand the problem well, which is indicated by the student's inability to explain what is meant in the problem. Students are unable to plan solutions. Students do not carry out solution planning, which is characterized by the student's inability to solve the problems given. Based on the results of the interview, students did not carry out the stage of rechecking the final answer.

The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of Islamic family law in contemporary life. The research was conducted qualitatively through literature study. The research results show: (1) marriage is the process of uniting two human beings (as a halal couple) which is carried out through a religious court with the principles of freedom to choose a partner, equality, gentleness, deliberation and mutual acceptance. (2) divorce is the process of severing the marriage bond resulting from several problems involving religious courts in the implementation process. The principles that must be considered are making the divorce process more difficult, implementing effective mediation and reviewing divorce procedural law. (3) childcare is a way for parents to develop their children's psychological and physical development by educating, guiding or directing. The principles that need to be considered are maintaining the child's nature, developing the child's potential, providing clear direction and doing it in stages. (4) polygamy is a marriage carried out by one husband with several wives, the implementation of which must pay attention to applicable legal regulations. The principles that must be taken into account are having easy morals, strong faith, sufficient assets, doing this because it is an emergency and must be fair.

The research results show: (1) women who are divorced are women who are no longer someone else's wife and according to religious and state law still have several rights that must be granted by their ex-husband. (2) Women's rights after talaq include: First, Iddah income to meet the ex-wife's needs for 4 months and 10 days before the ex-husband reconciles. Second, madliyah income is given by the husband to his wife and children because of negligence during marriage. The three mut'ah livelihoods are given by the husband to please his ex-wife in living life after divorce. The four dowry debts are given by the husband, either in part or in full, to the wife.

The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the level of welfare for duck farmers in Sumberpakem village, Sumberjambe sub-district, (2) to determine the effect of sharia marketing on increasing consumer demand in Sumberpakem village, Sumberjambe sub-district. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain sharia marketing strategies in duck entrepreneurship. Observations, interviews, and literature studies were the primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations.The results of this study, the authors obtained the conclusion that sharia marketing strategies in broiler duck entrepreneurs can improve welfare for duck farmers. The independence of students in Islamic boarding schools is closely related to the parenting style of parents in the family environment. Children who are raised with a certain parenting style will have implications for independence while in the Islamic boarding school environment. One indicator of student independence is the existence of life skills in students in meeting their daily needs at the Islamic boarding school. The aim of the research is to describe the implications of parenting patterns for the formation of students' independent attitudes in Islamic boarding schools. The research was conducted qualitatively through literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation and data management with data reduction and presentation. The results of the research show: (1) people's parenting patterns have implications for the independence of students. Students who are raised with a democratic parenting style tend to adapt more easily to the Islamic boarding school environment and live independently and easily build communication and interaction with other students. (2) efforts to foster the independence of students at Islamic boarding school XXX are one of the duties of Islamic boarding school administrators and room heads/block heads. (3) to foster independence in students can be done by parents not visiting their children at the Islamic boarding school too often because this will slow down the growth of an independent attitude in the child. (4) parents need to have the courage to allow their children to fulfill their needs at the Islamic boarding school.

The results revealed that PAI teachers have as implementer adapters, developers, and researchers in the process of developing Islamic Religious Education curriculum materials for deaf students. Therefore, PAI teachers are required to be creative and innovate to modify learning materials in such a way according to the characteristics and needs of the deaf students taught. Thus, teachers have a very important role in the development of PAI curriculum materials for deaf students. Because the success or failure of the implementation of the curriculum is determined by the teacher himself, because the teacher becomes the spearhead in the implementation of the curriculum.

The research subjects are teachers and high school students using interviews, observations, and documentation. The online learning process is planned by selecting meterials, carried out using an android and whatsapp, starting at 07.00 WIB with assiggment. No process assessment. The interaction between teachers and students is one-way, not learning through activities. The obstacles are minimal internet, passive students, not enthusiastic, and lack of parental support. Positive impact, teachers know parental support for children’s education, teachers conduct IT-based learning, and flexible study time. The negative impact is that students do not understand the material.

The purpose of writing this work is to determine the importance of sustainable tourism in maintaining environmental balance. This research uses literature review methods and interviews with stakeholders to explore the role of sustainable tourism in maintaining environmental balance. Data is analyzed qualitatively with a focus on the contribution of sustainable tourism, presented through narratives, tables and graphs to provide a holistic understanding. The results of this work are that sustainable tourism provides economic and social benefits, but integration with the environment is important to avoid negative impacts. Key factors such as Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities and Ancillary (4A) play a vital role in the development of tourism destinations. Although revitalization of tourist attractions improves local economies, transformation to sustainable tourism requires collaboration and environmental conservation. The contribution of the private sector is crucial, in line with the government's vision of making tourism a regional characteristic. In Indonesia, tourism is considered a catalyst for economic growth and community prosperity, with a focus on comprehensive policies and compliance with regulations. The Sustainable Tourism Development Concept emphasizes the sustainability of natural resource management and the role of the private sector, with ongoing efforts for strong tourism destinations. Environmental sustainability is the main focus, emphasized by the government's role in achieving sustainable tourism goals that pay attention to ecological and social aspects.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bentuk modal sosial yang ada di Paguyuban Sate Ayam Setono. Metode penelitian yang digunakannya dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggali data penelitian melalui wawancara secara langsung kepada pengurus paguyuban dan pedagang sate yang dijadikan informan penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa modal sosial yang terbentuk di Paguyuban Sate Ayam Setono dimulai dari keluarga, kerabat, tetangga dan teman mereka, dan tumbuh secara kebersamaan dengan kebiasaan lokal dan adat masyarakat desa. Peran modal sosial membentuk jaringan, rasa kepercayaan, norma sosial, dan solidaritas diantara seluruh elemen internal dari pedagang sate ayam Setono melalui modal sosial dapat memberikan bentuk gotong royong yang baik diantara mereka, proses transfer ilmu yang lebih efektif, dan komunikasi yang terjaga baik

Teori yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah teori manajemen organisasi dan sumber daya manusia dengan lebih berfokus pada faktor kompetensi SDM, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan prestasi kerja yang menjadi variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey. jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian adalah penjelasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor kompetensi SDM, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Bagian Umum dan Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Batubara dan secara parsial menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi SDM, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Bagian Umum dan Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Batubara dan secara parsial pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai adalah disiplin kerja.

This article studies the products of Islamic legal thought and their problems in Indonesia. The products of Islamic legal thought are the products of ijtihad of Islamic scholars (‘ulama) on Islamic laws concerning the activities (a’mal) of human beings. The primary sources of the products of Islamic legal thought are alquran and al-Hadits, while their secondary sources are logical reasoning (al-ra’yu). The application of the products of Islamic legal thought in Indonesia implicitly raises problems, yet explicitly it raises no problems as they are implemented in accordance with Indonesian constitution. Nevertheless, what escapes from our constitution is the criminal law (jinayat) that contains the punishment (hadd) such as cutting off hands for thieves. In this case, the practise of imprisoning the thieves is essentially in harmony with Islamic law.

The research aims to explore the myth of coffee as a loyal friend of cigarettes from the theological perspective of Indonesian Islam, using a descriptive qualitative approach and inductive analysis. The research results concluded; that theologically in Islamic Nusantara, drinking coffee and smoking are not prohibited in Islam. However, this recommendation is only for people who by drinking coffee and cigarettes will get a lot of inspiration. Through smoking and drinking coffee, the distance between the santri and the abangan (general public) can be shortened. The most important aspect of coffee and cigarette law is not the ijtihad regarding halal, haram and makruh, but the implications of the ijtihad inviting Muslims to appreciate and respect other, different cultures. Research implications: the importance of understanding theology in its essence, not just its external aspects. The study invites further, more in-depth research in more specific areas.

Students' religious character in higher education is greatly influenced by Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of this study is to shed more light on how Islamic Religious Education influences students' religious identities. This study uses a qualitative methodology in conjunction with a survey of the literature, gathering data from books, journal articles, conference papers, theses, and other sources that are relevant to the subject under investigation. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education improves students' comprehension of Islamic teachings, fortifies their spiritual awareness, and fosters moral behavior in everyday life. The approach used to shape the religious character of students includes exemplification, discipline development, habituation, and the creation of a supportive environment. Additionally, students engaging in religious practices, such as prayer, memorization of the Quran, and participation in religious studies, are believed to contribute to the formation of religious character in students.

PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk which must always be maintained in order to always be in the best position, that variable wages and incentives are accompanying factors in improving employee performance. The theory used in this writing is human resource management theory with a greater focus on wage and incentive factors and employee performance which are the variables in this research. The method used in this research is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of the research is explanatory. Data collection methods are questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The population is all employees at the PT Office. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk had 586 employees in 2013 and the sample size of the entire population was determined to be 85 employees. The research results show that simultaneously there is a very significant influence between wages and incentives on employee performance at the PT Office. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk and partially shows that there is a significant influence between wages and incentives on employee performance at the PT Office. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk and partially the most dominant influence on employee performance is wages. The conclusion of the research results, simultaneously and partially, wages and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at the PT Office. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. To further improve employee performance, the leadership of the PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk needs to further increase wages and incentives for its employees to improve employee performance.

The research primarily uses qualitative methods to analyze the process of international politics and the impact of the dollar's hegemony on the economic autonomy of developing countries. The study finds that the emergence of the BRICS currency not only provides a new alternative but also serves as an international preference for developing countries in their efforts to reduce dependence on the dollar. This dedollarization process is centered around the strength of China's renminbi (RMB) currency through the New Development Bank project. While the BRICS currency has not yet rivaled the dollar's hegemony, its implications aim to reduce the IMF's influence on international fund withdrawals, indirectly affecting Indonesia's economic security and regional political stability.

This Research was conducted about the development of physics lab tools to show the effect of chilies and tomatoes on alternative battery power generation. This research aims to 1. find out whether tomatoes and chilies can be used as a source of electrical energy. 2. Find out what the mix optimum composition of tomatoes, chilies and water which can generate a maximum electrical energy. This research uses a proto-type of used batteries or batteries that are not used by removing manganese stone paste and replaced with a paste of chilies and tomatoes. This research used 2 samples consisting of a battery of mixed tomatoes and chilies without using additional water and a battery of mixed tomatoes and chilies using additional water in the mixture. Each battery has its potential difference measured. The next experiment was to create a closed circuit of each battery and connected with the LED lights, then measured the resulting voltage and current was generate. From the data it can be concluded that 1. the potential difference in a battery mixed with tomatoes and chilies without adding water is the best, namely when the composition of chilies is 100% 2. the potential difference in batteries mixed with tomatoes and chilies with the addition of water is best when the composition of tomatoes is 20% and chilies are 80%. 3. The average running time for LED lights in a closed circuit of mixed tomatoes and chilies, both with and without water, is 2 – 4 hours.

The purpose of writing this work is to understand the concept of plurality within the framework of Islamic law. This research uses a literature review method to explore plurality in Islamic law. Data sources include the Al-Qur'an, hadith, and the Medina Charter, with data collection techniques using documentation and interview approaches. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and comparatively, and involved contextual studies to understand historical and social influences on Islamic legal views on plurality. The result of this work is that plurality in Islam, recognized as part of God's design and reflected in the Medina Charter, emphasizes tolerance and recognition of religious freedom. Within the framework of Islamic law in Indonesia, Islam plays a key role in managing plurality with the principles of justice and equality. Even though it is recognized in the 1945 Constitution and is in accordance with Pancasila, the challenges of implementing religious freedom still need to be overcome to create a harmonious society. It is hoped that a deep understanding of the concept of plurality can form an inclusive and fair legal framework in facing the complexities of contemporary times.

The type of research carried out is causal associative research. This research was conducted on company employees using a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 35 people. The data collection technique was obtained through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale and statistically processed with the help of SPSS version 27.00 For Windows. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The research results show that partially the accounting information system, participation in budget preparation, and internal control have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, and improvement of learning outcomes for narrative essay writing skills in class V UPT SPF SDN Kalukuang IV students, Makassar City. This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in four meetings. The focus of this research is 1) Narrative essay writing skills and 2) Use of think talk write strategies assisted by image media in class V UPT SPF SDN Kalukuang IV Makassar City. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were 32 class V students, with details of 15 boys and 17 girls. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this research are: (1) In the first cycle, the average value of learning outcomes for class V UPT SPF SDN Kalukuang IV Makassar City students was obtained, namely 59.2 (2) In the second cycle, the average value of learning outcomes for class V UPT SPF students was obtained. SDN Kalukuang IV Makassar City was higher, reaching 90. The learning completion of class V UPT SPF students at SDN Kalukuang IV Makassar City also increased. In cycle I, 10 (31%) students achieved learning completeness, while in cycle II 30 (94%) students achieved learning completeness and classical learning completion was achieved. This means that learning completeness in cycle II was achieved classically because the number of students who completed it was more than 80%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the skill of writing narrative essays for class V UPT SPF SDN Kalukuang IV Makassar City through the application of the think talk write strategy assisted by image media has increased.

Meanwhile in the posttest it increased with an average score of 83. Results of the t-test analysis of the influence of the concept sentence learning model on the learning outcomes of student participants The results show that the significance value obtained is good, namely the influence of the concept sentence learning model on narrative essay writing skills (Sig = 0.010) is smaller than the alpha value set, namely 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05).

Masih banyak terkendala dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pegawai belum bisa bekerja secara maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan pegawai yang tidak mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu, kurang teliti dalam bekerja, kurang memahami pekerjaan yang diberikan atasan, ini mungkin juga diakibatkan ketidaksesuaian latar belakang pendidikan dengan pekerjaaan yang dilakukan dan pelatihan yang diberikan tidak tepat sasaran sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi pekerjaan pegawai. Teori yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah teori manajemen organisasi dan sumber daya manusia dengan lebih berfokus pada faktor tim kerja, stres kerja, imbalan dan prestasi kerja yang menjadi variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey. jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian adalah penjelasan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Asahan yaitu 59 pegawai dan ditetapkan jumlah sempel dari seluruh populasi yang ada yaitu sejumlah 59 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak terdapat pengaruh sangat signifikan antara tim kerja, stress kerja dan reward (imbalan) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Asahan dan secara parsial menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara tim kerja, stress kerja dan reward (imbalan) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Asahan dan secara parsial pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai adalah reward. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian, secara serempak dan parsial tim kerja, stress kerja dan reward (imbalan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Asahan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai, agar setiap pegawai dapat lebih meningkatkan kemampuan tim kerja dalam berkerja, mengelola stres kerja dan pimpinan dapat selalu memberikan reward (imbalan) untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja dari pegawainya.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dan termasuk jenis penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif dan uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara sebelum pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) pada pretest dengan nilai rata-rata 62. Sedangkan pada posttest meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata 94. Hasil analisis uji-t tentang pengaruh metode pembelajaran Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) terhadap hasil belajar peserta siswa menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai signifikasi yang diperoleh baik yaitu pengaruh metode pembelajaran Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) terhadap keterampilan berbicara (Sig = 0,019) lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yang ditetapkan yaitu 0,05 (0,019 < 0,05).

This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design research and is a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 19 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive data analysis technique and T-Test. The research results showed that reading comprehension skills before implementing picture story media in the pretest had an average score of 45.7. Meanwhile, the posttest increased with an average score of 86.8. The results of the t-test analysis regarding the influence of picture story media on both interest and student learning outcomes show that the significance value obtained is good, namely the effect of picture story media on reading comprehension skills (Sig = 0.011) is smaller than the alpha value set at 0, 05 (0.011 < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted which states that there is an influence of the use of picture story media on the reading comprehension skills of class III students at SD Inpres Laloasa, Parigi District, Gowa Regency.

The aim of this study was to investigate the implementation of Discovery Learning in fostering critical thinking skills among fifth-grade students in Social Studies at SD Inpres Pangkabinanga, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. Additionally, it sought to determine the forms of development of critical thinking skills among these students. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings revealed that the implementation of Discovery Learning in fostering critical thinking skills among fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Pangkabinanga was generally effective, though there were shortcomings in the reflection stage. The development of critical thinking skills among these students was gradually progressing and well-realized during the stages of Discovery Learning, with indicators including communication, creativity, problem-solving, openness, argumentation, confidence, analytical thinking, and rational and logical thinking. However, some indicators of skill development were not optimal due to factors such as shyness, lack of interest, or excessive joking among some students. Nevertheless, these issues could be addressed by teachers through motivating and maintaining classroom focus during the learning process. Notably, students demonstrated good proficiency in argumentation, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and rational and logical thinking, while areas needing improvement included communication, openness, creativity, and confidence.

Bubu is a non-selective fishing gear that the types of fish caught were varied, especially demersal. From several fishing gears, bubu are high economic value so that the demand for fishery resource products is increased by it. The purpose of this study was to determine the construction of fishing gear, composition, and effectiveness of fish caught using bubu. This research conducted in March-April 2022 at Tanjungpandan Nusantara Fishery Port (PPN) Belitung Regency. Descriptive analysis used in this method by interviewes with fisherman who used bubu. Determination the number of respondents using the census method with total number interviewed as many as 46 fisherman. Methods to determine the effectiveness of bubu fishing can be seen from the type of main catch, production per trip, fishing area, and gear construction. The results obtained from this study are that the bubu has a fishing gear construction consisting of a body frame using wood and rattan, mouth frame using wire height with of 100-155 cm, lenght of 60-165 cm, width of 20-85 cm and has an outer mouth diameter of 30-50cm, mouth width of 10-25 cm, while the inside diameter of mouth is 20 cm with mesh size of 3 cm. There are 14 types of fish caught in the bubu, such us Siganus guttatus, Gnathanodon speciosus, Lethrinus letjan, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus, Abalites stellatus, Lutjanus vittus, Caesio cuning, scarus ghoban, Epinephelus areolatus, Diagrama pictum, Lutjanus erythropterus, Plectropanus leoparius, Sphyaerana baraccuda, Carangoides plagiotaenia. Speaking is one of the most crucial language skills for students. Several factors influence students to speak English, they struggle with the fear of making grammatical mistakes, limited vocabulary, and lack confidence. This study investigates students' opinions on the role-playing approach in developing their collaborative communication skills, and how the role-playing technique improves students' speaking ability. This study used questionnaires, and data was analyzed with Likert Scale. The result showed that most of the students agreed that the Role-Playing approach develops their communication skills, while fewer students were neutral.

This study examines the use of a Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power Plant (HRSP) at Yogyakarta Station as a strategic step towards the utilization of renewable energy. The background of this research is highlighted by the global urgency of global warming and climate change, which have wide-ranging impacts on various aspects of life, including the energy sector. As a tropical country, Indonesia has a significant potential in the use of renewable energy, especially solar energy. Yogyakarta Station, as one of the main railway stations in Indonesia serving thousands of passengers daily, requires a high electricity supply, currently predominantly fueled by fossil fuels from PLN. The use of these fossil fuels contributes to the increase in greenhouse gas emissions, a major cause of global warming.This study focuses on the economic analysis of utilizing a Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power Plant (HRSP) at Yogyakarta Station as a strategic step towards renewable energy. The station, a key element in mass transportation, requires a significant supply of electrical energy, currently mostly derived from fossil fuels, contributing to greenhouse gas emissions. The HRSP is proposed as an environmentally friendly alternative, combining solar energy with other sources for sustainable electricity supply. Although it entails a substantial initial investment, technical and economic analyses indicate economic viability, with a Net Present Cost (NPC) of IDR 2,152,699,000.00 and a Cost of Energy (COE) of IDR 1,071.96. With the solar energy potential in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, implementing HRSP could be an economical and sustainable step to replace fossil energy sources at the railway station.

Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques encompass interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in shaping environmental care characters among students at SD Inpres Ta'binjai has been effectively executed. The school has integrated its policies into its vision and mission. Environmental education activities are participatory, involving all school elements—teachers, staff, and students. Noteworthy environmental facilities include accessible sinks in each classroom, eliminating the need to travel to distant bathrooms, and medicinal plants on campus for student health. The implementation showcases outstanding and agile initiatives such as green campaigns and health campaigns. Overall, the research underscores the successful integration of the Adiwiyata program in nurturing environmental care characters among students at SD Inpres Ta'binjai, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency, with commendable environmental initiatives and facilities.

The main problem in this research is that learning activities are still focused on the teacher, students lack focus in learning and often complain of being bored in learning, resulting in thematic learning outcome skills. This research aims to determine the effect of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on thematic learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 144 Sumpang Ale, Sinjai Regency. The type of research used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design and is a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 21 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive data analysis technique and T-Test. The research results showed that the thematic learning results before implementing the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model in the pretest were with an average score of 61.4. Meanwhile, the posttest increased with an average score of 80.5. The results of the t-test analysis regarding the influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on student learning outcomes show that the significance value obtained is good, namely the influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on thematic learning outcomes (Sig = 0.016) is smaller than the alpha value The set value is 0.05 (0.016 < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which states that there is an influence of the use of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on the thematic learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 144 Sumpang Ale, Sinjai Regency.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar

The primary aim of this study was to examine the impact of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) among fifth-grade students at SDN 148 Bonto Bulaeng, Kabupaten Bulukumba. This research adopted a pre-experimental design, specifically a quasi-experimental design, and utilized a quantitative approach. A sample of 12 students was selected for the study. Data collection was conducted through learning outcome tests and observation sheets, while data analysis employed descriptive analysis and T-Test statistical methods. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the students' Social Studies learning outcomes post-implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. Initially, the average pretest score was 59, which increased to an average posttest score of 83. The T-Test analysis further confirmed the positive effect of the Jigsaw model on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.010, which is below the alpha value of 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05). Thus, the study concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model significantly enhances learning outcomes in Social Studies for fifth-grade students, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1).

The BPD's equal position with the Village Government is a consequence of the implementation of regional autonomy. The BPD has the authority to absorb community aspirations, discuss and approve draft Village Regulations, supervise the performance of the Village Head, and create harmonious working relationships with all parties. However, not all BPDs carry out their main duties and functions effectively. This reality can be seen from the performance of BPD Wongsorejo, which in the 2022 budget year only has 1 activity. The impact is that the public does not understand and feel the main duties and functions of the BPD. This research describes, analyzes and interprets the role of BPD Wongsorejo in realizing good governance in Wongsorejo Village, Banyuwangi. Researchers have qualitative principles according to the constructive and participatory model. Primary data comes from interviews and secondary data comes from literature reviews and regulations relevant to the substance of the research. The results and conclusions obtained are that BPD is not just about institutional status but leads to responsibility to participate in creating sustainable, inclusive, effective and efficient village development. The implementation of BPD Wongsorejo's performance in supporting the success of village government must be proven in real terms.

The results of this research show that the areas that are urban service centers are located in Hierarchy I, namely the Regency/City of Tapanuli Utara, Toba, Dairi, Nias Selatan, Pakpak Barat, Samosir, Serdang Bedagai, Nias Utara, Nias Barat, Sibolga, Pematangsiantar, Tebing Tinggi, Medan, and Binjai. This district/city can be used as an urban service center in the North Sumatra Province region.

The use of English-Indonesian languages has become a habit of students in the UNKLAB Adventist Junior High School environment. Bilingual language is a program that has long been implemented at UNKLAB Adventist Junior High School. Students inevitably have to adapt to the school environment to use both languages. This research aimed at determining junior high school students ' experiences of English-Indonesian bilingualism. The type of research used is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach to describe the reality that occurred. The data collection techniques used included observation, documentation and interviews to the 5 UNKLAB Junior High School students. The results of this research showed that the influence of bilingual language used by the junior high school students was caused by the influence of schools that organized the bilingual programs, teachers who helped and guided the students, and families where they grew. Suggestions of this research were the students needed to adapt to the school environment that has the bilingual program by improving themselves through a more serious learning program, the families have to involve more by guiding, training, and motivating the students at home to speak two languages, and teachers to pay more attention to the students who have not yet mastered the bilingual languages.

This research is aimed to increase student motivation and learning outcomes by using teaching aids for fourth grade students of SD Riyadlul Muta'allimin Tenajar, Kertasemaya District, Indramayu Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year on flat-building material. This is motivated by a problem of motivation in students as evidenced by students' lack of focus in learning, such as joking, daydreaming and playing when learning takes place. lack of encouragement from the surrounding environment and not diligent in learning and low student learning outcomes. This research was conducted using a classroom action research method, it can be explained that the results of increasing pre-cycle motivation are not good with a monotonous learning process without using teaching aids and student learning outcomes from pre-cycle are still low or have not reached the KKM. Only 7 students reached the KKM. In cycle 1, the use of teaching aids has been applied in the learning process to increase motivation by 67.7% with good criteria and in cycle 2 it reaches 87.9% with very good criteria. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes after the use of teaching aids were applied to the learning process in cycle 1 achieved completeness of 64.3% or as many as 18 students. In cycle 2 it increased to 89.3% as many as 25 students who completed exceeding the success indicator by 80%. Based on these results, it can be said that classroom action research with use of teaching aids can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Riyadlul Muta'allimin.

This study seeks to evaluate the influence of behavioral attitudes. and Internal drive on workplace productivity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Prapatan Raya Branch, Central Jakarta. The sample comprises all 68 employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, Prapatan Branch. The researchers conducted various statistical analyses, including tests of validity, tests of reliability, tests for classical assumptions, t-tests, and f-tests, and regression analysis involving several variables analyses. The classical assumption test results indicate that each indicator in the independent and dependent variables is valid and reliable. In the t-test, both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables individually influence employee performance variables significantly (with a sig value <0.05). Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables collectively have a significant impact on workplace productivity variables (with sig < 0.05). This study yields positive influence results, suggesting that positive employee behavior and motivation correlate positively with employee performance.

Building communication between fellow humans was one of the ways to express one's identity. Built interactions can appear in various forms. One of the most commonly used forms of communication was conversation. In conversation, each person had different abilities. This ability was greatly influenced by several things, such as educational background, level of familiarity, purpose of conversation, and physical abilities of the parties involved. Regarding physical abilities, each person had advantages and disadvantages in interacting. One of the deficiencies that we often find was a person's inability to pronounce morphemes containing the phoneme /r/ so that sometimes the message to be conveyed cannot be understood properly by the person to whom the message was sent. This research was aimed at examining the problems faced by Klabat University students who suffer from slurred in pronouncing morphemes with the phoneme /r/, and what factors caused someone to suffer from slurred. The results of this study showed that people with slurred usually have experienced this problem since they were at an early age. Various efforts made to improve the ability of slurred sufferers to pronounce morphemes with the /r/ phoneme in them are known to have little effect in improving the sufferer's ability to pronounce this. Persecution which ultimately results in a decrease in learning achievement at school was also experienced by people with slurred.

Forms of Greeting by Supporting Characters in Mark Twain's Novel: The Prince and The Pauper

Starting a conversation by using greeting forms was considered polite when two people met. Greeting was very significant and cannot be avoided in a conversation situation. Conversation that begun with a greeting can produce good conversation construction at the next stage. One language will differ from another one in expressing its forms of greeting which, of course, were influenced by different conditions and societal backgrounds. This research was aimed at identifying, analyzing, and describing the forms and uses of greetings by the supporting characters in the novel entitled The Prince and the Pauper written by Mark Twain. The qualitative descriptive method was chosen in carrying out the research to explain in detail the results of the analysis of the research subjects’ utterances. The primary data for this research were the forms of greeting aroused from the conversation situations between the supporting characters in this novel. The data that have been obtained were then reduced, displayed and analyzed by referring to various backgrounds of the conversations that occurred, e.g.: situation, social status, position, and identity of the characters by paying attention to the concept of greeting that was proposed by Susan M. Ervin-Tripp. The results of this research showed that the forms of greeting used by the supporting characters in this novel matched or complied with the concept of greeting explained by Susan M. Ervin-Tripp.

The research results showed that the ability to write descriptive essays before implementing the Mystery Box media in the pretest had an average score of 57. Meanwhile, in the posttest there was a change with an average score of 81. The results of the t-test analysis of the influence of the Mystery Box media on the learning outcomes of student participants showed that The result shows that the significance value obtained is good, namely the influence of the Mystery Box media on the ability to write descriptive essays (Sig = 0.013) is smaller than the alpha value set, namely 0.05 (0.019 < 0.03). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which states that there is an influence of the Mystery Box media on the ability to write descriptive essays of class IV students at UPTD SDN 32 Barru.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komposisi dan struktur vegetasi di KHDTK UNTAD dengan ukuran plot (100x100) yang terdiri dari 16 sub plot dengan ukuran 25m x 25m. Masing-masing petak ukur tersebut dibuat 3 sub-plot berbentuk lingkaran. Dengan demikian pada masing-masing petak ukur terdapat 1 sub-plot berbentuk bujur sangkar dan 3 sub-plot berbentuk lingkaran. Ukuran sub-plot untuk pengukuran tumbuhan berkayu yaitu Lingkaran - Radius 1 meter (0 – 1 m) untuk semai, Lingkaran - Radius 2 meter (0 – 2 m) untuk pancang, Lingkaran - Radius 5 meter (0 – 5 m) untuk tiang dan petak ukur – Bujur sangkar (25 x 25 m) untuk pohon. Hasil penelitian diperoleh struktur vegetasi yang mendominasi adalah jenis Kaili (Dracontomelon dao Merr) 26 pohon, Volume terbesar jenis Surem (Toona sureni) dengan 52,521 m³. Komposisi vegetasi yaitu Amara (Diospyros sp), Cempaka (Magnolia champaca), Kayu Batu (Maranthes corymbose), Bayur (Pterospermum. Sp), Dara-dara (Casuarina junghuniana), Finjalu (Calophyllum), Jambu hutan (Psidium guajava), Kaili (Dracontomelon dao Merr) Karoho (Parinari corymbosa Miq.) , Leda (Eucalyptus deglupta), Malapoga (Toona ciliate), Pangi (Pangium edule), Poli (Lithocarpus celebicus), Saponi (Duabanga moluccana), Tea (Artocarpus teysmanii), Kume (Palaquium sp), Surem (Toona sureni), Eboni (Diospyros celebica), Pala hutan (Myristica fragrans) dan Lotu (Aglaia sp). Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) tingkat pohon tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Surem (Toona sureni) 40,96% sedangkan INP terendah terdapat pada jenis Dara-dara (Casuarina junghuniana) 2,25%, Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) tingkat tiang tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Finjalu (Calophyllum) 59,71% sedangkan INP terendah terdapat pada jenis Lotu (Aglaia sp) 4,95%, Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) tingkat pancang tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Finjalu (Calophyllum) 32,75% sedangkan INP terendah terdapat pada jenis Bayur (Pterospermum. sp) dan Surem (Toona sureni) 5,70%, Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) tingkat semai tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Amara (Diospyros sp) yaitu 49,72% sedangkan INP terendah terdapat pada jenis Malapoga (Toona ciliate) yaitu 9,52%.

Seeing the problems above, researchers try to provide recommendations by internalizing adjudicating Constitutional Question and Constitutional Complaint cases as one of the powers of the Constitutional Court. This research is very important as a basis for state officials in guaranteeing the constitutional rights of citizens in the future. This research uses normative legal methods and a statutory approach. The data collection method was carried out using library research. The results of the research found legal facts that the concepts of Constitutional Question and Constitutional Complaint had not yet been adopted as part of the authority of the Constitutional Court and found several dynamics of violations of citizens' constitutional rights. In practice, the Constitutional Court only has the authority to hear and decide cases where the applicant feels disadvantaged by the existence of the law, not by state officials. Researchers recommend synergies in increasing the accessibility of public services for handling Constitutional Court cases online as well as the implementation of adjudicating Constitutional Question and Constitutional Complaint cases in Indonesia.
