Bullying among elementary school students remains a pressing concern, particularly amid strong environmental and media influences that normalize harsh peer interaction. Observations at SDN 01 Pohijo revealed that mocking parents' names had become a habit inherited from senior to junior students, alongside verbal, physical, and economic bullying, a culture of silence among victims, and bullying experienced by a student with Down syndrome. This community service activity aimed to optimize the assets of religiosity and local character as social capital to prevent bullying through a socialization program on the anti-bullying movement. The activity was conducted using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, following the stages of asset identification, relationship building, asset mobilization, designing change, and building an anti-bullying culture. The assets analyzed included students and teachers, social relationships among students, religious values, and local character such as mutual cooperation, togetherness, care, and respect. The socialization was held on Monday, 10 August 2026, from 08.00 to 10.00 WIB, and was attended by 45 students. Results indicated growing student awareness, early signs of mutual respect, and a stronger foundation for a safe and inclusive school environment.
