Nowadays, character education still needs special attention due to the many phenomena that indicate a moral crisis ranging from children, teenagers, to adults. One of the character values ​​that needs to be developed is discipline. Starting with this disciplined character, it is hoped that other good characters will emerge. This study aims to find out the Tahfidzul Qu'ran Program, find out the internalization of disciplinary character through the Tahfiḍ Al-Qur'an program, and find out the supporters and obstacles in the internalization of disciplinary character through the Tahfiḍ Al-Qur'an program among Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Huda Sendang students. Meanwhile, the method used by researchers is qualitative. The research results concluded: (1) The Tahfiḍ Al-Qur'an program uses the method as in the Yanbu'a book, namely reading, writing and memorizing the Al-Qur'an which is arranged based on the level of learning the Al-Qur'an (2) Internalizing the character of discipline through Tahfiḍ Al-Qur'an program, namely through encouragement from madrasas by requiring students to memorize juz 1, juz 2 and juz 3 of the Al-Quran, example from the teacher council and teachers of the Tahfiḍ Al-Qur'an program, and support and motivation for students (3) The supporting factor in the program is that all students live in the boarding school. There are religious lessons that can make it easier to understand the contents of the Koran. Islamic religious education is an important aspect in character formation and understanding religious values in a society that is increasingly connected digitally. This research focuses on integrating ICT in the Islamic religious learning process and investigates how the use of ICT can increase learning effectiveness. The research method used is literature analysis to identify the latest approaches in Islamic religious education that utilize ICT. Furthermore, this research involves designing and developing a learning model that combines the principles of Islamic religious education with available information technology. The research results show that the use of ICT in Islamic religious learning can increase student involvement, expand access to religious learning resources, and enable more interactive and personalized learning. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SDN Dukuh Lembeyan yang berjumlah 37 orang, yakni terdiri atas 20 orang laki-laki dan 17 orang perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas dua siklus dengan desain setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan, yaitu menyusun rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pengamatan selama pelaksanaan tindakan dan tes akhir tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I dari 37 orang peserta tes, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 20 orang (54,05%) sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 34 orang (91,89%). Kenyataan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan teknik make a match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Dukuh Lembeyan dalam pembelajaran sifat wajib Allah SWT. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method or approach, which is research carried out by teachers in their own classes by designing, implementing and reflecting on actions collaboratively and participatively with the aim of improving their performance as teachers so that student learning outcomes can improve. Qualitative data was obtained through observation and interview techniques. The quantitative data is data about student learning outcomes. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and analysis or reflection for the next cycle. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects in this research are Grade 1 Students at State Elementary School 4 Mrayan for the 2023/2024 academic year. To collect data on students' reading ability results, a reading ability test instrument is used based on predetermined criteria and indicators. The results of the research show: in cycle I the average student reading ability was 65.85 and the percentage level of completion reached 55% with a medium level of ability. In cycle II the average student reading ability increased to 76 and the level of ability was relatively high with a completion level reaching 85% in accordance with the target set by researchers, namely 80%. This classroom action research uses a demonstration method by demonstrating or demonstrating to students a process, situation that is being studied so that the process of students' acceptance of the lesson will be more impressive in depth. This research is a PTK with 3 cycles through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 32 students. The hypothesis proposed is that if the demonstration method can be used well, it can improve student learning achievement in Fiqh subjects in class VII students at MTs Ma'arif Klego Mrican Ponorogo. The success indicator is 75% with a KKM of 75. Data collection techniques are observation. Data analysis techniques with formulas to determine average values ​​and percentages. The results showed that learning achievement in cycle I was 44% or 14 students with a KKM of 75, cycle II was 56% or 18 students with a KKM of 75 and in cycle III was 81% or 26 students for the pillars of ablution and was 87.5%. or 28 students for the sunnah ablution material with a KKM of 75. The participants of this study were students of class XI. Data collection techniques used observation, learning outcomes tests and documentation. Data was analized qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of data analysis showed that demonstration method could trigger students' responses to better learning so that they become more active in the learning process.
