This approach entails individuals submitting to, imitating, adhering to, and adopting cultural scenarios dictated by authorities. Additionally, it involves a programmed approach through a learning process where culture develops internally within individuals based on religious beliefs and values. The research employed a qualitative-descriptive methodology. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Religious Cultural Based Management has been effectively executed. Teachers demonstrate strong enthusiasm for implementing religious and cultural norms, while the school principal plays a crucial role in overseeing management methods based on religious culture. The teacher's degree of professionalism is commendable in both the teaching and evaluation domains. The influence of religious culture on management practices impacts work discipline, motivation, and the achievement of optimal work results. Key factors facilitating the integration of Christian culture in schools encompass the proactive involvement of teachers in offering assistance and encouragement, alongside students' recognition of the significance of these endeavors. Nevertheless, there are also constraining elements, such as pupils' lack of awareness, that might result in an uneven distribution of time spent on schooling. In general, the integration of religious culture is executed proficiently and smoothly, with robust facilitating elements and few constraining elements. Implementing religious culture-based management in schools has the capacity to enhance educational standards.
Hefniy Razaq, Alif Rahman Ardiyansyah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/scaffolding/article/view/4098 Wed, 03 Jan 2024 05:41:19 +0000 The Effectiveness of Group Guidance and Counseling with the Application of the Behavior Contract Technique in Improving Learning Motivation Among Students https://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/scaffolding/article/view/4110
This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of group guidance and counseling using the behavior contract technique in increasing students' learning motivation. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method using the Watase Uake tool and the Google Scholar search engine. The data in this study are articles indexed in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4. The articles were selected using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) technique. After going through the identification, screening, and eligibility process, 48 articles were included in the inclusion stage and analyzed using the meta-synthesis technique. The results of this study show that i) the findings of previous studies indicate that constructivist pedagogical approaches contribute positively to increasing openness and tolerance towards differences and building more appropriate attitudes in understanding diversity; ii) through constructivist activities, egalitarian teacher-student interactions, and inclusive social activities, students can develop a deeper understanding of the values of religious moderation (such as tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh, musawah, and shura), appreciate the diversity of beliefs, and build openness to differences, so that constructivist approaches in learning have great potential to improve moderate attitudes in religion, especially in the context of Islamic education. The results of this study can positively contribute to the development of curriculum and religious learning methods oriented towards religious moderation in Indonesia.
Nilna Fadlillah, Moh. This research is qualitative and uses a case study approach. Carried out in the INSURI Arabic language education study program. Research data in the form of competence and professionalism of PBA Learning Media lecturers are limited to projections of student receptive ability development through Arabic cartoons accessed from Marhaban Academy Channel on the https://www.youtube.com/@MarhabanAcademy link. The sources of research data are lecturers, students, and learning activities in the classroom. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of research data is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed, referring to the standards of AFMLTA foreign language teachers. Lecturers of Arabic learning media courses have met AFMLTA standards, namely mastering pedagogic, professional, and social competencies. Pedagogic competence is colored by the ability to manage classes. Professional competence is aimed at the formulation of learning objectives before lecturers step into the learning process. Meanwhile, social competence is aimed at creating a learning atmosphere by adjusting the curriculum and culture of the INSURI Ponorogo campus. Thus, the existence of AFMLTA can measure the competence and professionalism of language teachers outside Australian countries.
Wahyu Hanafi Putra, Rohmatun Lukluk Isnaini, Islam Yousry ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/scaffolding/article/view/4511 Mon, 01 Apr 2024 04:20:50 +0000 Development of Canva-Based Interactive Teaching Materials to Enhance Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Fiqh Learning at Islamic High School https://ejournal.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/scaffolding/article/view/4845
This project aims to promote critical thinking abilities among eleventh-grade students in the Social Sciences curriculum at MAN 1 Medan during Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) studying, leveraging interactive teaching materials based on Canva that have been designed.
