The research background arises from the important role of communication in forming effective decisions and policies in public service organizations. The main objective is to analyze how the dynamics of organizational communication influence the quality of policies and the implementation process at the DPMPTSP Secretariat. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with leaders, staff and related external stakeholders. Theme analysis was used to organize and interpret the data. The research results show that the quality of organizational communication greatly influences the effectiveness of policy making and its implementation. The findings of this research highlight the importance of clarity of organizational vision and goals, open communication between leadership and staff, and horizontal coordination between units. This research is categorized into exploratory research followed by descriptive research. Explorative research is an early study aimed at obtaining an idea of a subject of research that will be further studied. Descriptive study is a study whose purpose is to show (describe) something, and is non-experimental because the research is not under the direct control of the researcher.In delineating the communication patterns at BSI PT KCP Tangerang Terra Alto, the results of qualitative findings from in-depth interviews with employees and leaders describe the application of various forms of communication. Some respondents stated that face-to-face meetings provided opportunities for non-verbal expression and strengthened team members' connections. In the context of evaluating the effectiveness of communication, observational data show that the level of employee participation in policy discussions and implementation is a key indicator. In an in-depth study of the organizational communication and leadership patterns at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tangerang Tanah High, the data findings describe the diversity and complexity of the internal dynamics of the organization. Adopting a holistic approach in the type of communication, involving both formal and informal elements, provides room for creative exchange of ideas. Despite the dominant digital media, the value of face-to-face meetings remains significant, enabling non-verbal expression and strengthening interpersonal connections. From these findings, it can be concluded that organizations face complex challenges in managing communication and leadership patterns. Peneliti&nbsp; memberi tindakan kepada subjek yang diteliti yaitu siswa kelas IV B&nbsp; yang berjumlah 36 siswa. yang terdin dari siswa laki-laki 15 orang dan siswa perempuan 21 orang</p> <p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN 010 Tanjungpinang Timur tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 bahwa penggunaan media audio visual pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya disekitar kita siswa kelas IV SDN 010 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal ini dilihat dari hasil observasi guru observasi siswa, dan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Aktivitas&nbsp; guru pada siklus&nbsp; I pertemuan pertama&nbsp; mendapatkan nilai 82,02. pertemuan kedua nilal 84,81 pertemuan ketiga memperoleh nilai 86,02 Observasi guru pertemuan pertama pada siklus II mendapatkan nilai 87,08, pertemuan kedua nilai 88,43 pertemuan ketiga memperoleh nilai 98,15 Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dapat dilihat pada siklus I&nbsp; pertemuan pertama hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 69,09 pertemuan kedua hasil nilai aktivitas siswa 73,84 pertemuan ketiga hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 78,89 Pada pertemuan pertama siklus II hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 85,17 pertemuan kedua hasli nilai aktivitas siswa 90,60 pertemuan ketiga hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 97,31.</p> <p>Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya di sekitar kita kelas IV B telah meningkat dapat dilihat dari hasil pra siklu,&nbsp; siklus I dan siklus II Hasil belajar tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan perbandingan pra siklus memiliki nilai rata-rata 69,58 terdapat 15 siswa yang tuntas 42. This research discusses the objective condition of PAI teaching materials, the problems faced by PAI Tutors, and the steps taken by PAI Tutors to develop the teaching materials. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study. The results obtained are the objective conditions of teaching materials in accordance with Merdeka Curriculum, Tutors are responsible for preparing lesson plans while the principal PAI material that has been determined is developed by the Tutors themselves. PAI teachers have an important role as role models in shaping student identity. This literature study uses literature research methods by collecting data from various sources. The research results highlight the role of PAI in shaping student identity through learning Islamic teachings and teacher example. PAI also contributes to character formation, attitudes of tolerance, and appreciation for differences. The correlation between Islamic religious morality and students' psychological well-being emphasizes the importance of religious aspects in the formation of students' identity and well-being. As mandated in the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, and Law Number 20 of 2003. This article discusses the importance of character education as a core value of Indonesian education. The main focus is on the implementation of character education at MTs Pondok Tremas, taking into account the strong religious and traditional aspects in boarding school.&nbsp;The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, and data verification. The research results show that character education at MTs Pondok Tremas is integrated into the school's vision and mission, by applying 18 character values in all aspects of learning and extracurricular activities.&nbsp;The approach used in forming student character includes seventeen character values, such as honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity and national spirit. Evaluation is carried out through direct assessment and observation of student attitudes. This study adopts a qualitative research approach, specifically employing a case study design. The research framework incorporates the construction paradigm to assess the efficacy of public services provided by the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding birth certificate information. The research findings reveal the Soppeng Regency Population and Civil Registration's public services' efficacy Office through the examination of various factors, including service procedures, time reliability, service costs, availability of facilities and infrastructure, employee competencies, and service offerings. Out of the six indicators gauging public service effectiveness, four exhibit positive outcomes. Meanwhile, the approach to this research is library research. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique. The researcher documented several documents that were considered relevant in the book, such as the choice of words, sentences, paragraphs, diction, and images that refer to character education values. Understood by oneself and others. Data analysis in this research uses content analysis. The use of content analysis aims to review library research. This analysis was obtained from data found in the book Kalilah Wa Dimnah, which was then related to the interpretation of semiotic signs from Charles Sanders Peirce's perspective. Armed with previous studies that convey good messages, researchers want to make new discoveries regarding character values. So that researchers and connoisseurs of the Kalilah Wa Dimnah story will increasingly gain insight into finding various implied messages. In the story text al-Bum wa al-Ghirbaan, the researcher describes the values ​​of character education with 16 value points. Qualitative research methodology was used in this study. This type of research is classified as library research. The technique used for data analysis in this study is content analysis. The descriptive presentation of the research findings is based on the research problem and objectives. Religious education in madrasah diniyah includes the education of belief, worship, and morals. Therefore, diniyah has a very important role and responds to various crises, especially spiritual crises, faced by modern society today. The research method is qualitative research from several madrasah diniyah through interviews, observation, and documentation in Madiun Regency, East Java in general. The results of this study indicate that the religious aspects of society will be greatly influenced by the existence of madrasah diniyah so that in the future it will become a generation of insan kamil that can be used to act in life. Islamic education in madrasah diniyah is the process of transformation and internalization of knowledge and values of religious education through guidance, direction, teaching, in spiritual growth in accordance with Islamic teachings. madrasah diniyah has several objectives of Islamic education as follows: 1).
