In developing a business in the wedding sector, Ohana Enterprise has created several wedding packages for brides-to-be who want to celebrate their wedding festively and efficiently. Researchers use the Observation study method and interviews. using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques which will be analyzed using the 4P variable marketing mix strategy, price, place, product and promotion. With the aim of knowing the marketing strategies used in increasing sales of wedding packages in 2023. Based on the research that has been done, Ohana Enterprise offers wedding package prices depending on the type of options provided to increase sales of wedding packages at Ohana Enterprise in 2023 can be adjusted to client requests and the flexibility of the prices offered, the choice of venues provided is more than 50 venues, active promotion through social media content, Ohana Enterprise which has branches in various places, event and marketing teams that are actively involved in marketing carried out until the event takes place.

Komunikasi Organisasi dalam Pengambilan Kebijakan di DPMPTS Kota Tangerang

This research aims to explore the relationship between organizational communication and policy making at the Tangerang City DPMPTSP Secretariat. The research background arises from the important role of communication in forming effective decisions and policies in public service organizations. The main objective is to analyze how the dynamics of organizational communication influence the quality of policies and the implementation process at the DPMPTSP Secretariat. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with leaders, staff and related external stakeholders. Theme analysis was used to organize and interpret the data. The research results show that the quality of organizational communication greatly influences the effectiveness of policy making and its implementation. The findings of this research highlight the importance of clarity of organizational vision and goals, open communication between leadership and staff, and horizontal coordination between units. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen organizational communication as a strategy to improve the quality of policies and be responsive to community needs.

An organization must strive to create a working environment where leaders and employees feel comfortable with each other. To this goal, leaders who have the power and ability to inspire their colleagues to do better in their work. Good leaders have the ability to give direction, correction, and evaluation to their subordinates to help them the goals of the organization. This research is categorized into exploratory research followed by descriptive research. Explorative research is an early study aimed at obtaining an idea of a subject of research that will be further studied. Descriptive study is a study whose purpose is to show (describe) something, and is non-experimental because the research is not under the direct control of the researcher.In delineating the communication patterns at BSI PT KCP Tangerang Terra Alto, the results of qualitative findings from in-depth interviews with employees and leaders describe the application of various forms of communication. Some respondents stated that face-to-face meetings provided opportunities for non-verbal expression and strengthened team members' connections. In the context of evaluating the effectiveness of communication, observational data show that the level of employee participation in policy discussions and implementation is a key indicator. In an in-depth study of the organizational communication and leadership patterns at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tangerang Tanah High, the data findings describe the diversity and complexity of the internal dynamics of the organization. Adopting a holistic approach in the type of communication, involving both formal and informal elements, provides room for creative exchange of ideas. Despite the dominant digital media, the value of face-to-face meetings remains significant, enabling non-verbal expression and strengthening interpersonal connections. From these findings, it can be concluded that organizations face complex challenges in managing communication and leadership patterns. Strategic recommendations include optimizing leadership styles, developing communication skills, and setting up forums for exchange of ideas.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Gaya pada Pelajaran IPA Menggunakan Media Audio Visual pada Siswa Kelas IV B

Penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatan hasil belajar materi “Gaya di Sekitar Kita” Pada Pelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV B Sekolah Dasar Negeri 010 Tanjungpinang Timur tahun 2023/2024. Peneliti memberi tindakan kepada subjek yang diteliti yaitu siswa kelas IV B yang berjumlah 36 siswa. yang terdin dari siswa laki-laki 15 orang dan siswa perempuan 21 orang

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN 010 Tanjungpinang Timur tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 bahwa penggunaan media audio visual pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya disekitar kita siswa kelas IV SDN 010 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal ini dilihat dari hasil observasi guru observasi siswa, dan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I pertemuan pertama mendapatkan nilai 82,02. pertemuan kedua nilal 84,81 pertemuan ketiga memperoleh nilai 86,02 Observasi guru pertemuan pertama pada siklus II mendapatkan nilai 87,08, pertemuan kedua nilai 88,43 pertemuan ketiga memperoleh nilai 98,15 Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dapat dilihat pada siklus I pertemuan pertama hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 69,09 pertemuan kedua hasil nilai aktivitas siswa 73,84 pertemuan ketiga hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 78,89 Pada pertemuan pertama siklus II hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 85,17 pertemuan kedua hasli nilai aktivitas siswa 90,60 pertemuan ketiga hasil nilai aktivitas siswa yaitu 97,31.

Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya di sekitar kita kelas IV B telah meningkat dapat dilihat dari hasil pra siklu, siklus I dan siklus II Hasil belajar tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan perbandingan pra siklus memiliki nilai rata-rata 69,58 terdapat 15 siswa yang tuntas 42. Siklus I memiliki hasil rata-rata 75,00 terdapat 20 siswa yang tuntas 56 Siklus II memiliki nilai rata-rats 86,67 terdapat 33 orang yang tuntas atau 92 Berdasarkan hasil ketuntasan belajar dan nilai rata-rata siswa dengan menggunakan Media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV B pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya di sekitar kita.

Merdeka Curriculum emerged as an effort to create interactive, efficient, and certainly more productive learning. This curriculum has many benefits for tutors, one of which is that tutors can have more freedom to create teaching materials so that students can develop optimally. The focus of this research is the development of PAI teaching materials by tutors at PKBM Daarul Ahkaam. This research discusses the objective condition of PAI teaching materials, the problems faced by PAI Tutors, and the steps taken by PAI Tutors to develop the teaching materials. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study. The results obtained are the objective conditions of teaching materials in accordance with Merdeka Curriculum, Tutors are responsible for preparing lesson plans while the principal PAI material that has been determined is developed by the Tutors themselves. The problems faced by Tutors are determining teaching materials that are relevant to the competency standards and basic competencies, lack of infrastructure, and problems that arise from students who do not understand the material coupled with limited teaching material sources. The steps in developing teaching materials are relevant to process standards, Tutors have selected teaching materials in accordance with competency standards, used varied strategies and applied learning evaluations in accordance with the independent curriculum.

Pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Siswa

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a significant role in influencing students' psychological well-being and shaping character, morality and religious identity. Research shows that the level of religiosity and understanding of Islamic teachings is positively correlated with psychological well-being. PAI teachers have an important role as role models in shaping student identity. This literature study uses literature research methods by collecting data from various sources. The research results highlight the role of PAI in shaping student identity through learning Islamic teachings and teacher example. PAI also contributes to character formation, attitudes of tolerance, and appreciation for differences. The correlation between Islamic religious morality and students' psychological well-being emphasizes the importance of religious aspects in the formation of students' identity and well-being. Islamic Religious Education creates a balance between academic achievement and psychological well-being by helping students overcome stress, increase optimism, develop social skills, and improve the quality of learning. In conclusion, PAI is not only a religious subject, but also the main pillar in forming quality individuals with good psychological well-being. The role of PAI teachers and further support is needed to maximize the positive impact of PAI in achieving the goals of character formation and student welfare.

Urgensi Penanaman Sikap Moderasi Beragama Dalam Pendidikan Formal

Efforts to instill an attitude of religious moderation must be carried out from an early age in students by applying it to the educational process. In the process of Islamic religious education in educational institutions, the internalization of an attitude of religious moderation is an effort to prevent deviant and radical religious behavior for the Indonesian generation which can damage religious harmony in Indonesia and have an impact on the disintegration of the Indonesian nation. This journal tries to find answers about what is the concept of religious moderation? And the urgency and strategy of cultivating an attitude of moderation in play in formal education. This research is included in the type of library research, namely research that collects data from books, journals and previous research results that are relevant to the research subject using descriptive analysis methods. From this research, it is concluded that religious moderation is a just and balanced way of viewing (thinking), understanding and practicing (practice) religious life to create unity, oneness and peace as well as tolerance between religious communities which has an important urgency for all Indonesian citizens. So, in the realm of implementation it is certainly not limited to concepts or theories conveyed to students. But it must be done through practice or practice in everyday life.

Character education has become the main focus in overcoming the moral degradation that is rampant in Indonesian society. As mandated in the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, and Law Number 20 of 2003. This article discusses the importance of character education as a core value of Indonesian education. The main focus is on the implementation of character education at MTs Pondok Tremas, taking into account the strong religious and traditional aspects in boarding school. The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, and data verification. The research results show that character education at MTs Pondok Tremas is integrated into the school's vision and mission, by applying 18 character values in all aspects of learning and extracurricular activities. The approach used in forming student character includes seventeen character values, such as honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity and national spirit. Evaluation is carried out through direct assessment and observation of student attitudes. The role of teachers is very significant in developing character education, by utilizing classical methods and personal approaches. In conclusion, student character formation at MTs Pondok Tremas is carried out through a comprehensive approach which includes classroom learning, extracurricular activities and the role of the teacher. With good implementation, character education is expected to be able to produce a generation that has noble morals and strong character, ready to face future challenges.

Posisi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menghadapi Problematika Masyarakat Modern

The aim of this article is to investigate the role and relevance of Islamic religious education in facing the complexity of modern society and to explore PAI implementation strategies in overcoming the problems faced by the millennial generation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library methods to collect data from various primary and secondary sources. The results of the analysis show that Islamic religious education has an important role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation and preparing them to face the challenges of contemporary society. Effective implementation of PAI involves the choice of relevant material, an inclusive approach, the use of technology in learning, and strengthening student character. In conclusion, Islamic religious education must continue to adapt to the times and become a relevant solution in forming individuals who are faithful, devout and have noble character in an increasingly complex modern society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian eksperimental digunakan dengan merancang suatu model pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan berbagai media berbasis ICT, seperti komputer, internet, dan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada kelompok siswa yang dalam pemebelajaranya menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Data prestasi belajar dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT secara signifikan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Kelompok siswa atau kelas yang mendapatkan pembelajaran berbasis ICT ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih baik.

This research aims to understand the analysis and design of developing mind mapping-based teaching materials in the subject of Islamic cultural history. This research uses the research and development method using the Mindomo application using the ADDIE development model, where in this research the researcher will only use two steps, analysis and design. The research population was class VII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ponorogo. The results of this research show that mind mapping-based teaching materials can make narrative learning more concise, making it easier for teachers to teach and increasing students' learning motivation.

The use of learning media while teaching is still rarely used in schools. In general, this media can be used as a means of transforming knowledge. It is often found that teaching teachers only has the lecture method and brings LKS books, especially in science subjects. These subjects must be really practiced so that the shadow of students is not abstract. So this needs to be updated in the learning media used. Therefore, media development is needed for teachers so that they can help students understand the respiratory system in humans. The purpose of this study is to create and develop learning media on class V respiratory system material at MI Tahfidzul Qur'an Nurul Iman. This research uses qualitative methods with the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The results of the research obtained are that students become more aware of how the respiratory process in humans is assisted by using learning media that they have made in groups.

Strategi Event Perkumpulan Beon Tek Bio Terhadap Festival Peh Cun di Kota Tangerang

Tambur Peh Cun is a tradition in the form of a festival that still continues today among the Chinese community in Tangerang, Banten. The term Peh-Cun means “boat racing” in Hokkien and consists of two words “Peh” which means “Paddle” or “Paddle” and “Cun” which means “Boat”. Tambur Peh-Cun or also known as "Gou", is one of a series of Peh-Cun ceremonies which is always celebrated on May 5 in the Confucian calendar. Qualitative Research with a Case Study Approach. According to Muhadjir, Qualitative Research is research that prioritizes issues of process and meaning/perception, where this research is expected to reveal various Qualitative information with thorough and meaningful descriptions and analysis, which also does not reject Quantitative information in the form of numbers or amounts. The research was carried out in several stages. The first stage begins with collecting information and observing the research location, then making appointments with resource persons and starting interviews, and preparing the final research report. This research aims to discuss the event strategy held by the Beon Tek Bio Association at the Peh Cun Festival in Tangerang City in 2023. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach to understand and analyze the strategies implemented. Peh Cun is one of the most important festivals in Chinese culture. This festival is celebrated every 5th of the 1st month of Chinese New Year to commemorate the return of Dewa Nian, who is believed to be a god who brings disaster. The Beon Tek Bio Association has implemented a planned and structured event strategy in organizing the Peh Cun Festival in Tangerang City in 2023. This strategy includes aspects -aspects of goals and target audience, program content, and marketing. In terms of program content, the Beon Tek Bio Association presents various interesting and diverse Chinese cultural events. These events are designed to attract public interest and attention, as well as to introduce Chinese culture to the wider community.

Understanding the efficiency of the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding the dissemination of information about the significance of obtaining birth certificates for children is crucial. This study adopts a qualitative research approach, specifically employing a case study design. The research framework incorporates the construction paradigm to assess the efficacy of public services provided by the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding birth certificate information. The research findings reveal the Soppeng Regency Population and Civil Registration's public services' efficacy Office through the examination of various factors, including service procedures, time reliability, service costs, availability of facilities and infrastructure, employee competencies, and service offerings. Out of the six indicators gauging public service effectiveness, four exhibit positive outcomes. Consequently, it can be inferred that public services at Disdukcapil have been effective, albeit with room for improvement. In summary, the services at Disdukcapil have been conducted efficiently, with suggested enhancements for future refinement.

Islam is generally recognized as a religion that prioritizes harmony and tranquility, as evidenced by the development of advanced Islamic civilization. Elaborating on the fundamental idea of the harmonious relationship between modernity and spirituality, the importance of maintaining technology in the context of the information revolution is emphasized. The revitalization of Islamic religious education—especially through online platforms—is claimed to be one way to spread Islamic principles, encourage communication, and create a scientific community network. Islamic religious education aims to uphold the morals and character of the younger generation while navigating the complex dynamics of modernity and global challenges. This research uses qualitative research, namely by examining textuality and describing the meaning of character education values in the book Kalilah Wa Dimnah. Meanwhile, the approach to this research is library research. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique. The researcher documented several documents that were considered relevant in the book, such as the choice of words, sentences, paragraphs, diction, and images that refer to character education values. Understood by oneself and others. Data analysis in this research uses content analysis. The use of content analysis aims to review library research. This analysis was obtained from data found in the book Kalilah Wa Dimnah, which was then related to the interpretation of semiotic signs from Charles Sanders Peirce's perspective. Armed with previous studies that convey good messages, researchers want to make new discoveries regarding character values. So that researchers and connoisseurs of the Kalilah Wa Dimnah story will increasingly gain insight into finding various implied messages. In the story text al-Bum wa al-Ghirbaan, the researcher describes the values of character education with 16 value points. These values include religious values, honesty, tolerance, working hard, creativity, independence, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the country, respect for achievements, communication, love of peace, care for the environment, social care, and responsibility.

PERAN Peran Guru Penggerak dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of learning independence learning through the role of the driving teacher. Qualitative research methodology was used in this study. This type of research is classified as library research. The technique used for data analysis in this study is content analysis. The descriptive presentation of the research findings is based on the research problem and objectives. The findings of this study reveal the strategic role of motivating teachers, including: (1) functioning as motivators in schools based on their teaching experience, thus involving all components of education in an effort to improve the quality of education; (2) motivating teachers in fostering learner independence by guiding and shaping learners in their holistic development; (3) transformative changes in education patterns facilitated by motivating teachers, moving from centralized approaches to decentralized institutions, with teachers and schools as leaders of the transformation process; (4) motivating teachers as leaders in learner independence, able to drive the education ecosystem towards learner-centered education.

The Urgency of Non-Formal Islamic Education (Madrasah Diniyah)

This study aims to describe the urgency of non-formal Islamic education in this case madrasah diniyah as an Islamic religious education institution to build future generations. Religious education in madrasah diniyah includes the education of belief, worship, and morals. Therefore, diniyah has a very important role and responds to various crises, especially spiritual crises, faced by modern society today. The research method is qualitative research from several madrasah diniyah through interviews, observation, and documentation in Madiun Regency, East Java in general. The results of this study indicate that the religious aspects of society will be greatly influenced by the existence of madrasah diniyah so that in the future it will become a generation of insan kamil that can be used to act in life. Islamic education in madrasah diniyah is the process of transformation and internalization of knowledge and values of religious education through guidance, direction, teaching, in spiritual growth in accordance with Islamic teachings. madrasah diniyah has several objectives of Islamic education as follows: 1). Providing religious knowledge starting from childhood; 2). Preparing children as the next generation; 3). Creating children to become insan kamil; 4). Planting Religious Education Values; 5). Improving the learning of religious education in formal schools; and 6). Growing Public Attention to Religious Education.
