The rapid development of social media, particularly TikTok, presents both opportunities and challenges in education, especially within non-formal institutions such as orphanages. This study aims to analyze the management of TikTok utilization as an educational medium for junior and senior high school students at Ngawi Al Munawwarah Orphanage. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research by examining relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that TikTok has significant potential to enhance students’ learning motivation, creativity, communication skills, and conceptual understanding when managed systematically through planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision stages. However, without proper management, its use tends to be dominated by entertainment-oriented activities. Therefore, structured management strategies and strengthened digital literacy are essential to optimize its educational benefits. In conclusion, the study highlights that TikTok can serve as an effective and relevant educational tool in the digital era when supported by appropriate and sustainable management.
