About the Journal

Postra: Studi Islam dan Transformasi Sosial (P-ISSN: xxx-xxxx | E-ISSN: xxx-xxxx) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Insuri Ponorogo, Indonesia. The journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of scholarly research and critical studies on Islam and social transformation in contemporary societies.

The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, and critical reviews that explore the dynamic relationship between Islamic thought, social change, politics, culture, education, economics, law, and community development. It welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from various disciplines whose work engages with issues of Islam and social transformation at local, national, regional, and global levels.

Particular attention is given to studies addressing Islamic political thought, governance, democracy, social movements, public policy, religious moderation, civil society, social justice, digital society, and contemporary challenges facing Muslim communities. The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches and innovative perspectives that contribute to the advancement of Islamic studies and social sciences.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, relevance, and ethical integrity.

The journal is published three times a year in April, August, and December.
