Abstract

The provision of integrated health services is an important requirement in improving access, quality, and public perception of health service institutions, including the Tampan Mental Hospital in Riau Province, which is currently transforming from a specialized hospital into a hospital with integrated health services This study aims to analyze the communication strategies of Tampan Mental Hospital in promoting non-mental health services as part of efforts to realize health service integration. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with triangulation of sources to maintain data validity The results show that RS) Tanıpari's communication strategy is implemented through direct promotion, the use of digital and conventional media, cross-sector collaboration, and educational and cultural approaches These strategies have proven to increase the visibility of non-mental health services and encourage a significant increase in the number of visits, but their effectiveness is still hampered by limited communication human resources, weak coordination, commuruty stigma, and minimal managerial support. This study concludes that optimizing communication strategies requires strengthening the communication structure, increasing emplovee capacity, and more focused long term planning.
