Bullying in elementary school students is a problem that needs attention because ridiculous, degrading, ostracizing, or hurting behavior can be normalized in daily interactions. Initial observations at SDN 01 Pohijo show that there is a habit of making fun of parents' names inherited from upperclassmen to underclassmen, in addition to verbal, physical, economic, culture of silence on victims, and bullying of students with Down syndrome. This service activity aims to optimize the assets of religiosity values and local character as social capital in bullying prevention through the socialization of the anti-bullying movement. The activity uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through the stages of asset identification, building relationships, mobilizing assets, designing changes, and building an anti-bullying culture. Optimized assets include students and teachers, social relations, habituation of religiosity values, mutual cooperation, togetherness, care, and mutual respect. The socialization was held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 08.00–10.00 WIB, in the classroom of SDN 01 Pohijo and was attended by 45 students. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' attention to the form of bullying, the emergence of the courage of some students to tell stories, and early indications of mutual respect. This activity showed that the optimization of school internal assets is relevant as the initial foundation for the formation of a safe, friendly, and inclusive school culture, even though persistent behavior changes require continuous reinforcement and monitoring.
