Pengaruh Aplikasi APP Neskar 04 Terhadap Peningkatan Layanan Ketatausahaan di SMKN 1 Karawang

Abstract

The development of technology demands digital transformation in school administration. This study aims to determine the effect of the APP NESKAR 04 application on improving administrative services at SMKN 1 Karawang. APP NESKAR 04 is an online archive application for junior high school diplomas used as a basis for writing vocational school diplomas. This study uses an ex-post facto approach with a quantitative descriptive method. The population was 817 students of class X, with a sample of 89 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results showed that APP NESKAR 04 was in the medium category at 67% and administrative services at 73% medium. The correlation value R is 0.301 and R Square is 0.090, which means it has an influence of 9%, while 91% is influenced by other factors such as human resources, facilities and work motivation. The significance value is 0.004 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant influence.
