Amalee: Indonesian Journal of Community Research and Engagement is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal focusing on university-community engagement programs, applied science in the community to advance theories, as well as research and practices related to all forms of outreach and engagement.

On this issue (Vol 1 No 1 - 2020), published seven articles written by academicians from Indonesia and Malaysia (Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Universitas Matana Banten, STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, INSURI Ponorogo, IAIN Ponorogo, and IAIN Ternate) on disaster management in village scope, entrepreneurship for homemakers, accounting training for health service volunteers, added-value training for moringa leaves, mushroom cultivation training, waste management, and SWOT training within villagers.
