Amalee: Indonesian Journal of Community Research and Engagement is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal focusing on university-community engagement programs, applied science in the community to advance theories, as well as research and practices related to all forms of outreach and engagement.

On this issue (Vol 2 No 2 - July 2021), published articles written by academics from Universitas Negeri Malang, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Universitas PGRI Madiun, Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung, Universitas YARSI Jakarta, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang that discuss topics ranging from community development both in rural and urban areas: IT system development and MSMEs empowerment to sustain local tourism; capacity building among children, students, youths, and religious people; and national health service advocacy.
